Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种光纤防尘帽,包括帽套、与该帽套一端封闭连接的帽盖,帽套内的空腔的内壁为光滑的圆柱形,帽套的入口处为圆台形,帽套内的空腔分为多个不同大小的圆柱形腔,该圆柱形腔从外到内由大到小排列。本实用新型有效地防止了灰尘进入,也方便与光纤插套,同一个防尘帽可以给不同大小的光纤接头套上防尘。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到光纤端头保护结构,尤其涉及一种光纤防尘帽。
背景技术
光纤是一种利用光在玻璃或塑料制成的纤维中的全反射原理而达成的光传导工具,多股光导纤维做成的光缆可用于通信,它的传导性能良好,传输信息容量大,已在目前通信业中占有极为重要的地位,光纤是一种非常精密的通信器件,光纤接口是用来连接光纤线缆的物理接口,光纤的接口、端头也必须是很精密的,不能被污染和沾上半点灰尘,否则在连接后就有可能不够吻合或漏光,从而导致通信的数据出现问题。目前使用的防尘帽内有多条筋,如图1所示,在套上防尘帽时,就会在帽与光纤之间有空隙,灰尘是无孔不入的,因此被防尘帽套住的光纤端头很容易被沾上灰尘,而达不到很好的防尘作用。因此,很有必要设计出一种更防尘的防尘帽。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要解决现有的光纤防尘帽不够防尘的技术问题,提供一种可大大提高防尘能力的光纤防尘帽。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种光纤防尘帽,包括帽套、与该帽套一端封闭连接的帽盖,其中:所述帽套内的空腔的内壁为光滑的圆柱形。
其中,所述帽套的入口处为圆台形。
其中,所述帽套为有弹性的橡胶。
优选地,所述帽套内的空腔分为多个不同大小的圆柱形腔,该圆柱形腔从外到内由大到小排列。
其中,所述圆柱形腔为两个。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所述帽套内的空腔的内壁为光滑的圆柱形,使得帽套能与光纤接头紧套并没有留下空隙,防止了尘从空隙进入;帽套的入口处为圆台形,方便与光纤插套;帽套内的空腔从外到内由大到小分设置多个不同大小的圆柱形腔,这样使得同一个防尘帽可以给不同大小的光纤接头套上防尘。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的较佳实例,如图2a、图2b所示的光纤防尘帽,包括帽套1、与该帽套一端封闭连接的帽盖2,帽套1内的空腔的内壁为光滑的圆柱形,使得帽套能与光纤接头紧套并没有留下空隙,防止了尘从空隙进入。帽套1的入口处3设置为圆台形状,在插套光纤时由于入口大就比较容易将防尘帽套上,使用起来更方便。还可将帽套1内的空腔分为多个不同大小的圆柱形腔4,该圆柱形腔从外到内由大到小排列,可以给多种不同大小的光纤接头套上防尘;如图3所示的较佳实例,将帽套1内的空腔分为两个不同大小的圆柱形腔,这样使得同一个防尘帽可以给两种不同大小的光纤接头套上进行防尘,可根据不同的要求和需要设计出多个空腔的防尘帽,帽套的长度也适当延长。帽套1的材料可以为有一定弹性的橡胶或塑料。
以上结合较佳实施方式对本实用新型进行了具体描述,但是本技术领域内的技术人员可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或变化,这些变更和变化应落入本实用新型保护的范围之内。

1.一种光纤防尘帽,包括帽套(1)、与该帽套一端封闭连接的帽盖(2),其特征在于:所述帽套(1)内的空腔的内壁为光滑的圆柱形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光纤防尘帽,其特征在于:所述帽套(1)的入口处(3)为圆台形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光纤防尘帽,其特征在于:所述帽套(1)内的空腔分为多个不同大小并连接起来的圆柱形腔(4),该圆柱形腔从外到内由大到小排列。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光纤防尘帽,其特征在于:所述圆柱形腔(4)为两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光纤防尘帽,其特征在于:所述帽套(1)为有弹性的橡胶。
