轴承悬空及止动装置涉及电机、风机技术。包括端盖(1)盖内依次装配有悬空轴承(3)和受力轴承(4),转轴(5)外套有悬空轴承(3)和受力轴承(4),其所述的悬空轴承(3)与端盖(1)之间的端盖(1)的内壁有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内放置有O型密封圈(2)。将O型密封圈安装在端盖的轴承室内壁环形凹槽内,增加悬空轴承外圈的摩擦力,可解决悬空轴承外圈间隙性空转,确保电机稳定运行。其结构简单紧凑,制作装配方便,效果好等特点。

轴承悬空及止动装置
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机、风机技术,尤其是轴承及止动装置。
二、背景技术
现有技术由于轴承极限转速的因素,高转速电机、风机一般都采用两套以上(含两套)轴承组合使用,每多一套轴承转速便下降30%左右,无法满足高转速电机、风机要求。因此,目前国内大功率、高转速电机、风机还处于空白阶段,主要来源于外国,由于国外电机价格贵,不但给企业带来经济损失还因售后服务不及时而造成停产,无法满足交货期,严重影响企业形象。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用多套轴承匹配组合使用时转速不变,将其中一套轴承完全受力,其余轴承外圈悬空,不承受来自径向的力,杜绝轴承异响噪声,降低成本、延长使用寿命、提高系统效率、确保电机、风机安全运行的轴承悬空及止动装置。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括端盖盖内依次装配有悬空轴承和受力轴承,转轴外套有悬空轴承和受力轴承,其所述的悬空轴承与端盖之间的端盖的内壁有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内放置有O型密封圈。
多套组合轴承在高转速运行时悬空轴承会被受力轴承影响,使其外圈间隙性空转,并发出吱吱噪声,造成轴承发高热或烧毁现象。因此将O型密封圈安装在端盖的轴承室内壁环形凹槽内,增加悬空轴承外圈的摩擦力,可解决悬空轴承外圈间隙性空转,确保电机稳定运行。其结构简单紧凑,制作装配方便,效果好等特点。
