本实用新型是一种麻将桌面复合型台布，该台布由多层面叠合构成，主要包括基板层，基板层上设置有绒面层，基板下为粘胶层。其中，所述的基板层为涂胶的无纺布，其中，所述的基板层为涂胶无纺布，绒面层是在涂胶无纺布上植绒，或是在涂胶无纺布上直接拉毛构成，且绒面层经阻燃工艺处理。本实用新型使麻将子与桌面不直接接触，有消音效果；不会磨损桌面，可延长桌面和麻将子的使用寿命；其绒面层又进行了阻燃处理，表层不易被烟头烧烫而损坏；且降低了制作成本。

本实用新型涉及桌面铺垫用品，具体涉及麻将桌面复合型台布。
背景技术
麻将桌是人们生活中常见的娱乐工具，其麻将子多半是硬质材料制成。娱乐者在娱乐的过程中，经常需要将麻将子投掷到桌上，特别是每打完一局，都要双手搓动麻将子洗牌，硬质材料的麻将子与硬硬的桌面相碰撞，不仅很容易磨损桌面和麻将子，而且会发出让人心烦的声响，噪音还影响到他人。为此，有人在桌面上铺上台布，这样虽然可以减少搓牌发出的响声以及桌面与麻将子的磨损，但是搓牌时普通台布会随着麻将子的搓动而移位，需要不时的整理台布十分麻烦，玩也不能尽兴。目前有采用一种直接在塑胶板上植绒的台布，这种台布制作成本高，且不阻燃，时常遭玩牌人的烟头烧烫而损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述存在问题，提出了一种麻将桌面复合型台布，目的在于使这种麻将桌面的铺垫物，不仅能消除噪音，稳固地铺设于桌面不移位，而且成本低。
本实用新型的技术解决方案
本实用新型所称麻将桌面复合型台布为多层面叠合构成，主要包括基板层，基板层上设置有绒面层，基板下为粘胶层。其中，所述的基板层为涂胶无纺布，其厚度为0.5mm-2.5mm；绒面层是在涂胶无纺布上植绒构成，或是在涂胶无纺布上直接拉毛构成，且绒面层经阻燃工艺处理。
本实用新型的有益效果
(一)本实用新型上表面为绒布层与麻将子触碰不会发出声响，有消音效果；
(二)本实用新型使麻将子与桌面不直接接触，不会磨损桌面，可延长桌面和麻将子的使用寿命；
(三)本实用新型的基板层赋予了台布的刚性，又有绒面层造就了的柔性，而且下粘胶层与桌面紧密贴合，还具有不移位的特点；
(四)本实用新型与现有技术直接在塑料板材上植绒相比，成本低，绒面层又进行了阻燃处理，表层不易被烟头烧毁。

本实用新型为多层面叠合构成，上为绒面层1、中为基板层2、下为粘胶层3，其中，基板层2为涂胶的无纺布，绒面层1或是在基板层2上植绒，或是直接拉毛构成，并经阻燃处理。该复合型台布能满足使用要求，达到了发明目的。

1.一种麻将桌面复合型台布，其特征在于：它为多层面叠合构成，主要包括基板层，基板层上设置有绒面层，基板下为粘胶层，其中，所述的基板层为涂胶的无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻将桌面复合型台布，其特征在于：所述绒面层是在涂胶无纺布上植绒构成，或是在涂胶无纺布上直接拉毛构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻将桌面复合型台布，其特征在于：所述涂胶的无纺布厚度为0.5mm-2.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种麻将桌面复合型台布，其特征在于：所述绒面层经阻燃工艺处理。
