目前现金流量越来越大，现金处理工作已经成为各金融机构最为繁重的工作之一，特别是自动取款机(ATM)的广泛应用，用于自动取款机(ATM)配钞的工作变得繁重和重要，人工分选不仅效率低下、劳动强度大，很难满足实际的需要，目前有些金融机构虽然使用现金清分机，但其结构复杂、体积大、造价高、故障率高、不适合人民币的清分。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有的技术不足而提供的结构简单合理，分选精度高，效率高，可自动按纸币版本、面额、新旧程度进行清分的纸币清分机。纸币清分机，它是由机架、进钞装置、检测装置、测厚装置、输送装置、分钞装置、接钞装置、自动控制装置、电机、传动装置、电源系统、图像识别装置、和双面图像采集装置组成；进钞装置、检测装置，测厚装置、输送装置、分钞装置、接钞装置、自动控制装置、电机、传动装置、电源系统、图像识别装置和双面图像采集装置都固定在机架上；
所述的纸币清分机，之中的分钞装置采用轴传动结构，图像识别装置采用高速的DSP技术进行稳定神经网络识别处理，双面图像采集装置保证高速稳定的图像信号。

本实用新型是采用下述方案实现的：它是由机架1、进钞装置2、检测装置3，测厚装置4、输送装置5、分钞装置6、接钞装置7、自动控制装置8、电机9、传动装置10、电源系统11、图像识别装置12和双面图像采集装置13组成。
以一张人民币为例，将纸币从进钞装置2放进纸币清分机后，输送装置5把纸币输送到双面图像采集装置13、检测装置3、测厚装置4，这时采集到了纸币的所有信息，经过图像识别装置12和自动控制装置8处理后再有输送装置5、分钞装置6把纸币送入相应的接钞装置7中。
