Abstract

本实用新型适用于照明装置领域,提供了一种高亮度LED灯,包括一PCB板以及若干设于所述PCB板上的LED,其特征在于:所述LED设于一导光体内,或设于所述导光体的侧壁上。本实用新型通过将LED设于导光体的内部或侧壁上,导光体可以将LED的点光源变成体光源,发出的光线变得均匀、柔和、无眩光。

技术领域
本实用新型属于照明装置领域,尤其涉及一种高亮度LED灯。
背景技术
图1所示为现有技术提供的常见的LED灯的结构示意图,该LED灯包括一外罩91及一设于所述外罩91内的PCB板92,所述PCB板92上设有若干LED 93,且所述PCB板92上设有一转换器94,所述转换器94可将交流电转换成低压直流电,以对LED 93正常供电,所述转换器94上设有一与外部交流电源连接的接头95。这种LED灯虽然结构简单、便于制造,但是LED灯为点光源,会产生很多眩光,比较刺眼,让人感觉不舒服。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种光线柔和、不刺眼的LED灯。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种高亮度LED灯,包括一PCB板以及若干设于所述PCB板上的LED,所述LED设于一导光体内,或设于所述导光体的侧壁上。
具体地,所述导光体为实心或空心的圆柱形或多棱柱形构件。
进一步地,所述导光体的侧壁设有热压或注塑成型的点状或条状的凹坑或凸起,所述凹坑或凸起由上至下密度渐增排列成阵列状。
更进一步地,所述导光体底部设有磨砂结构。
或者,所述导光体底部底部设有一反射板。
进一步地,所述PCB板与一可将交流电转换成低压直流电的转换器连接,所述转换器上设有一电源接头。
进一步地,所述PCB板、LED和导光体设于一透明外罩内。
本实用新型通过将LED设于导光体的内部或侧壁上,导光体可以将LED的点光源变成体光源,发出的光线变得均匀、柔和、不刺眼。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图2~图5所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种高亮度LED灯,包括一PCB板1以及若干设于所述PCB板1上的LED 2,所述LED 2设于一导光体3内,所述导光体3可采用透明材料制成,如PMMA等材料。本实用新型通过将LED 2设于导光体3的内部或侧壁上,导光体3可以将LED 2的点光源变成体光源,发出的光线变得均匀、柔和、不刺眼。
具体地,所述导光体3的形状可以为实心或空心的圆柱形或多棱柱形构件,例如,图2所示为实心的圆柱形的导光体3,图6所示为空心的圆筒状的导光体3,图7所示为实心的三棱柱形状的导光体3,当然,导光体3还可以有其他形状。
进一步地,所述导光体3的侧壁设有热压或注塑成型的点状或条状的凹坑或凸起,所述凹坑或凸起由上至下密度渐增排列成阵列状。具体地,所述凹坑或凸起可以是图2所示的球形,或者图3所示的弧形,或者图4所示的倾斜设置的线形,或者图5所示的网格结构,当然还可以为其他形状。通过在导光体3的侧壁设置以上这些形状的凹坑或凸起,可以很好地反射LED 2的光线,使光线向各个方向照射,发出的光线变得均匀、柔和、照明范围广;而之所以将凹坑或凸起由上至下密度渐增地排列,是因为LED 2的光线的密度沿着导光体3从上之下逐渐增加,因此,凹坑或凸起可以反射更多的光线。
另外,如图2~图5所示,所述导光体3下方设有一反射板4,所述反射板4可以对照射到其表面的LED 2的光线进行反射,以提高导光体3的体光源的光线的均匀度。或者,也可以在所述导光体3底部设置磨砂结构,(图中未示出),这样,导光体3的底部透光但不透视,可以产生朦胧的雾状效果,避免了现有的LED 2的点光源发出的光线眩目、刺眼的现象。
进一步地,如图2~图5所示,所述PCB板1还与一可将交流电转换成低压直流电的转换器5连接,所述转换器5上设有一电源接头6,所述电源接头6既可以是带螺纹的接头(如图2~图5所示),也可以是卡口结构(如图6~图8所示),以满足不同的安装场合。
更进一步地,如图6~图8所示,所述PCB板1、LED 2和导光体3还可以设于一透明外罩7内,所述透明外罩7不但起到保护内部器件的作用,还可以起到防尘的作用;而将透明外罩7做成不同的外形,如圆球形(如图6、图7所示)、椭圆球形(如图8所示)或其他形状,可以起到美化、点缀周围环境的作用。

Claims (7)

1.一种高亮度LED灯,包括一PCB板以及若干设于所述PCB板上的LED,其特征在于:所述LED设于一导光体内,或设于所述导光体的侧壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述导光体为实心或空心的圆柱形或多棱柱形构件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述导光体的侧壁设有热压或注塑成型的点状或条状的凹坑或凸起,所述凹坑或凸起由上至下密度渐增排列成阵列状。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述导光体底部设有磨砂结构。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述导光体底部底部设有一反射板。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述PCB板与一可将交流电转换成低压直流电的转换器连接,所述转换器上设有一电源接头。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高亮度LED灯,其特征在于:所述PCB板、LED和导光体设于一透明外罩内。
