一种环保防老化双层保温太阳棚,属于农业产生技术领域,主要由弧形梁、塑料薄膜构成,在薄膜的内表面固定有与弧形梁方向一致的套管,弧形梁穿入套管内,在弧形梁的两端分别有底座,底座有开口向上的插孔,弧形梁的端头在插孔内。安装时,将两个底座固定在保温太阳棚地面的南北两端,两个底座位置平行,弧形梁穿入套管内,将弧形梁的两侧端头分别插入对应的底座插孔内。本实用新型能安装方便,保温效果好,坚固耐用,不出现材料老化现象,符合环保要求,造价低,结构简单。

背景技术:
现有的保温太阳棚主要由弧形梁、塑料薄膜构成,弧形梁一般采用钢筋材料制成,薄膜覆盖在弧形梁上,安装施工繁琐,造价高,保温效果不理想,易损坏。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是公开一种环保防老化双层保温太阳棚。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是在薄膜的内表面固定有与弧形梁方向一致的套管,相邻套管之间等距,弧形梁穿入套管内,在弧形梁的两端分别有底座,底座为条状,底座有开口向上的插孔,弧形梁的端头在插孔内。弧形梁可以采用氧化镁、氯化钠、不饱和树脂和硝基漆的混合材料制成,套管可以采用塑料薄膜材料制成,与薄膜热合固定,底座可以采用混凝土材料制成。安装时,将两个底座固定在保温太阳棚地面的南北两端,两个底座位置平行,弧形梁穿入套管内,将弧形梁的两侧端头分别插入对应的底座插孔内。
在薄膜和弧形梁构成的棚体内侧装有与棚体结构相同的内棚体,内棚体的弧形梁两侧端头分别插入对应底座的插孔内,弧形梁与内棚体的弧形梁位置交替排列。从而构成双层保温太阳棚。
本实用新型能安装方便,保温效果好,坚固耐用,不出现材料老化现象,符合环保要求,造价低,结构简单。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型由弧形梁1、薄膜2构成,在薄膜2的内表面固定有与弧形梁1方向一致的套管3,相邻套管3之间等距,弧形梁1穿入套管3内,在弧形梁1的两端分别有底座4,底座4为条状,底座4有开口向上的插孔5,弧形梁1的端头在插孔5内,薄膜2和弧形梁1构成的棚体内侧装有与棚体结构相同的内棚体6,内棚体6的弧形梁两侧端头分别插入对应底座4的插孔5内,弧形梁1与内棚体的弧形梁位置交替排列。

1.一种环保防老化双层保温太阳棚,由弧形梁和塑料薄膜构成,其特征在于:薄膜的内表面固定有与弧形梁方向一致的套管,相邻套管之间等距,弧形梁穿入套管内,在弧形梁的两端分别有底座,底座为条状,底座有开口向上的插孔,弧形梁的端头在插孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳棚,其特征在于:薄膜和弧形梁构成的棚体内侧装有与棚体结构相同的内棚体,内棚体的弧形梁两侧端头分别插入对应底座的插孔内,弧形梁与内棚体的弧形梁位置交替排列。
