抗酸杆菌涂片检查是发现结核病传染源、选择化疗方案、考核评价疗效的重要手段，痰液采集瓶目前通用的是螺旋盖痰瓶，操作者挑取痰标本时需用手拧开瓶盖暴露痰标本，增加了污染机会；本实用新型是瓶盖端面上开有用锡铂膜密封的痰液采取孔口，抗酸杆菌涂片时用竹签穿破锡铂膜挑取痰标本，无需拧开瓶盖，不暴露痰标本，防止了污染。
