本实用新型公开一种藻水浓缩装置。该藻水浓缩装置的特点是含有箱体,该箱体借助两个隔板被依次分隔成藻水池、过滤池和接水池。过滤池内有过滤沙。两隔板下部均布有通孔,在带有通孔的两隔板下部一面上分别有用于防止过滤沙漏到藻水池和接水池的滤网。采用这种藻水浓缩装置,可避免藻水对陆地环境的污染。适用于对打捞上来的藻水进行过滤和浓缩。

本实用新型涉及一种蓝藻处理装置。具体说,是用来将打捞上来的藻水进行过滤、浓缩的藻水浓缩装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着湖泊中水的富营养化,每到夏季总有一些湖泊会爆发蓝藻。一旦爆发蓝藻,就要及时进行打捞,否则,将会导致水资源的污染。而打捞上来的藻水目前只能是堆放在一起,无进一步处理的手段。这样一来,堆放在一起的藻水不仅会发出恶臭,而且会对陆地环境造成污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种藻水浓缩装置。采用这种藻水浓缩装置,可避免藻水对陆地环境的污染。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型的藻水浓缩装置特点是含有箱体,该箱体借助两个隔板被依次分隔成藻水池、过滤池和接水池。过滤池内有过滤沙。两隔板下部均布有通孔,在带有通孔的两隔板下部一面上分别有用于防止过滤沙漏到藻水池和接水池的滤网。

由于本实用新型的藻水浓缩装置含有箱体,该箱体借助两个隔板被依次分隔成藻水池、过滤池和接水池。过滤池内有过滤沙。两隔板下部均布有通孔,在带有通孔的两隔板下部一面上分别有用于防止过滤沙漏到藻水池和接水池的滤网。使用时,打捞上来的藻水被投入藻水池内,进入藻水池的藻水中的水分依次通过藻水池与过滤池之间隔板下部的通孔、过滤池中过滤沙的过滤和过滤池与接水池之间隔板下部的通孔进入接水池,从而滤除了藻水中的大量水分,便于对蓝藻作进一步的处理,有效避免了蓝藻对陆地环境的污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的藻水浓缩装置含有一个箱体1,该箱体为无盖水箱,其内设置有两个隔板4,该两隔板呈竖向布置,它们的两边和下边分别与箱体1的两壁板和底板间呈密封状连接在一起,通过该两个隔板将箱体1依次分隔成藻水池3、过滤池7和接水池5。过滤池7内装有过滤沙8。在两隔板4的下部即它们竖向的下部一半上均匀地加工有通孔6,在与通孔6相对应的两隔板4下部一面上分别设置有用于防止过滤沙8漏到藻水池3和接水池5内的滤网9。
使用时,将打捞上来的藻水2投入藻水池3内,进入藻水池3的藻水2中的水分依次通过藻水池3与过滤池7之间隔板4下部的通孔6、过滤池7中过滤沙8的过滤和过滤池7与接水池5之间隔板4下部的通孔6进入接水池5,从而滤除了藻水2中的大量水分,不仅便于对蓝藻作进一步的处理,而且有效避免了蓝藻对陆地环境的污染。

1.藻水浓缩装置,其特征在于含有箱体(1),该箱体借助两个隔板(4)被依次分隔成藻水池(3)、过滤池(7)和接水池(5);过滤池(7)内有过滤沙(8);两隔板(4)下部均布有通孔(6),在带有通孔(6)的两隔板(4)下部一面上分别有用于防止过滤沙(8)漏到藻水池(3)和接水池(5)的滤网(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的藻水浓缩装置,其特征在于两隔板(4)下部的通孔(6)处在隔板(4)高度一半之下的那部分隔板(4)上。
