捕鼠器由诱饵室、陷阱组成，所述的诱饵室设在陷阱上面，诱饵室两端设有开口，两侧设有墙壁，上面是屋顶，下面两处设有翻板，屋顶上面设有把手，陷阱两端墙壁是斜墙，斜墙外侧表面设有防滑道，两侧设有墙壁，下面设有推拉盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型使用时将诱饵挂在屋顶中央，使老鼠诱惑到诱饵室，当老鼠脚踩翻板走一段路程后翻板向内翻转；本实用新型用于家庭、仓库、餐厅，环保、卫生，结构简单、使用方便等特点。
