本实用新型的一种太阳能电力热水器，主要由太阳能电池组件、智能充放电控制器、储能蓄电池、逆变器、开关、电热水器组成。太阳能电池组件设置在屋顶或地面、朝向太阳，能接受太阳光的最佳位置，智能充放电控制器通过导线分别与太阳能电池组件、储能蓄电池和逆变器连接，逆变器、开关、电热水器通过导线串接在一起。太阳能电池组件通过智能充放电控制器对储能蓄电池充电，储能蓄电池的电能通过智能充放电控制器、再通过逆变器转换成交流电，由开关控制输出给电热水器，使电热水器工作。
智能充放电控制器具有过充、欠压保护功能，以延长储能蓄电池的寿命。
本实用新型无需市电，完全由太阳能供电，而太阳光能可谓取之不尽、用之不竭，本实用新型能够在任何地区使用，还具有寿命长、节约能源、环保等优点。
