本实用新型公开了一种转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,它由条形灯座、两块导光板、线路板和LED灯组成,所述导光板是由透明板和设在透明板表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点组成,在灯座设有出光槽,两出光槽之间呈30~150度间任一角度,在出光槽两侧设有引光板,所述两块导光板分别固定在灯座的引光板上,线路板设在灯座内,所述LED灯固定线路板上,LED灯与出光槽相对应,所述导光板上设有多个通孔;本实用新型专用于室内转角,发光板不但同时发出不同色彩的光,而且两面发光。

一种转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯具,尤其是一种转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯。
背景技术
目前市场上的LED装饰灯,多是将LED灯泡设置在下面直接发光,这种LED装饰灯需要较多数目的LED灯泡来达到光面亮度均匀的效果,耗能大,生产成本高。现在,也有通过采用将LED灯泡设置在导光板周围的侧面的凹槽内,形成一种提供面光的LED装饰灯,但该种装饰灯只是单面发光,立体感差,装饰效果较差,特别对于转角处使用的LED装饰灯更是一片空白。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种专用于室内转角,两块发光板不但同时发出不同色彩的光,而且两面发光的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯由条形灯座、两块导光板、线路板和LED灯组成,所述导光板是由透明板和设在透明板表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点组成,在灯座设有出光槽,两出光槽之间呈30~150度间任一角度,在出光槽两侧设有引光板,所述两块导光板分别固定在灯座的引光板上,线路板设在灯座内,所述LED灯固定线路板上,LED灯与出光槽相对应。
所述导光板上设有多个通孔。
所述导光板的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面。
所述引光板与灯座一体成型。
所述网状凹凸点由导光油墨点构成。
所述网状凹凸点是磨沙后的凹凸。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过在灯座上设置呈90度分布的两个出光槽,并在出光槽上设置导光板,同时灯座内的LED灯投光方向朝向导光板,在出光槽两侧延伸有引光板,因此通过引光板可使LED灯的光集中向导光板方向投射,再经导光板两侧面射出,形成了两面发光的发光板,并且两组导光板由不同的LED灯组对其进行照射,同一时刻两组的LED灯可发出不同的颜色,因此,两块发光板可提供两种不同色彩的光效果;两导光板之间呈30~150度间任一角度度,适用于室内、室外转角处安装使用;进一步的改进通过在导光板上设置通孔,可增大导光板出光面的光通量,既可减少风阻,又可形成特殊的光效果;且导光板是通过出光槽两侧的引光板固定,安装牢固。是导光板的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面,使得发光板边沿和通孔的光线更柔和,更加美观。在两导光板之间设置LED发光带,在一柔和大光面上增加一条亮丽的光带,可达到另一种不同的装饰效果。本实用新型广泛适于道路防护栏、室内、室外等转角处装饰使用。

具体实施方式
图1、2和3所示,本实用新型的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯由条形灯座1、两块导光板2、线路板3和LED灯4,所述导光板2是由透明板21和设在透明板21表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点22组成,所述网状凹凸点22由导光油墨点构成或是是磨沙后的凹凸。在灯座1上设有两个出光槽11,在本实施方式中,两出光槽11之间呈90度,在出光槽11两侧设有引光板12,两块导光板2通过螺栓5分别固定在灯座1的引光板12上,线路板3设在灯座1内,LED灯4固定线路板3上,LED灯4与出光槽11相对应,所述导光板2上设有多个通孔23,如图4所示,通孔23可使气流从导光板2的一侧通过导光板2的另一侧,使得气流作用在导光板2的作用力大大降低,最终达到减少风阻。同时通孔23可形成一种特殊的光效果。在灯座1的中部还设有沿纵向的灯孔13,在灯孔13内设有LED灯带6,在灯孔13上设有一透光盖板5。所述导光板2的厚度边表面和通孔23的内表面为磨沙面。本实用新型具体使用时,将灯座1固定在防护栏、墙壁转角处,用做道路、室内的灯光装饰,使得道路或室内在夜晚更加绚丽多彩,对周围环境起到很好的装饰美化效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,它由条形灯座(1)、两块导光板(2)、线路板(3)和LED灯(4)组成,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)是由透明板(21)和设在透明板(21)表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点(22)组成,在灯座(1)上设有两个出光槽(11),两出光槽(11)之间呈30~150度间任一角度,在出光槽(11)两侧设有引光板(12),所述两块导光板(2)分别固定在灯座(1)的引光板(12)上,线路板(3)设在灯座(1)内,所述LED灯(4)固定线路板(3)上,LED灯(4)与出光槽(11)相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:在所述导光板(2)上设有多个通孔(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的厚度边表面和通孔(23)的内表面为磨沙面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述引光板(12)与灯座(1)一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)由导光油墨点构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转角式LED带孔双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)是磨沙后的凹凸。
