Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种透气型卫生巾，从上至下包括表层、吸收芯层和底层，在表层、吸收芯层和底层均设有透气孔，所述表层、吸收芯层和底层上的透气孔错位设置。由于在表层、吸收芯层和底层上设有透气孔，使得产品具有透气功能，使用过程中极大程度地减少密闭闷热，杀死厌氧菌，消除异味。另外，表层和芯层设置的透气孔既可以使经血及分泌物快速下渗，避免侧漏，也提升了产品的蓬松度，使产品的柔软性和舒适性得到极大提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及妇女卫生用品，具体涉及一种妇女经期使用的透气性能良好的卫生巾。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的不断提高，妇女对卫生巾的品质要求不只是满足防漏等基本功能的需要，还要满足透气性、舒适性等需要。现有技术中，卫生巾的结构主要包括表层、吸收芯层和底层。表层为直接接触皮肤的棉柔或网面材料，吸收芯层为木浆或高分子吸水树脂，底层为不透水的无纺布或PE材料。虽然，目前底层通常采用透气不透水的PE材料，高分子吸水树脂的吸收芯层具有较好的吸附能力，但是由于现有的吸收芯层上没有排气通道，使用过程中往往透气性较差，影响卫生巾整体的透气性，使用时闷热不舒适，而且在密闭环境下容易滋生细菌，影响妇女经期的健康。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种透气性能好，舒适健康的透气型卫生巾。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种透气型卫生巾，从上至下包括表层、吸收芯层和底层，其特征在于，在表层和吸收芯层上均匀设有透气孔。
进一步，所述底层上均匀设有透气孔；
进一步，所述透气孔的孔径为0.1nm～10mm；
进一步，所述表层、吸收芯层和底层上的透气孔错位设置；
进一步，在吸收芯层与表层之间的中部位置还设有导流层，所述导流层均匀设有透气孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
本实用新型由于在表层、吸收芯层和底层上设有透气孔，使得产品具有透气功能，使用过程中极大程度地减少密闭闷热，杀死厌氧菌，消除异味。另外，表层和芯层设置的透气孔既可以使经血及分泌物快速下渗，避免侧漏，也提升了产品的蓬松度，柔软性和舒适性得到极大提高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
参见图1，本实用新型涉及的一种透气型卫生巾，所述卫生巾从上至下包括表层1、吸收芯层2和底层3，在表层1、吸收芯层2和底层3上设有透气孔，表层1、吸收芯层2和底层3上的透气孔错位设置，本实用新型由于在表层、吸收芯层和底层上设有透气孔，使得产品具有透气功能，使用过程中极大程度地减少密闭闷热，杀死厌氧菌，消除异味。其中，表层1可以为亲肤棉柔或网面材料。底层3为透气但不透水的材料。
对透气孔的孔径为0.1nm、1.5nm、20nm、100nm、500nm、1mm和10mm的透气型卫生巾进行抽样通气试验，经检测，透气型卫生巾具有良好的通气性能。
由于表层和芯层设置的透气孔既可以使经血及分泌物快速下渗，避免侧漏，也提升了产品的蓬松度和柔软性，舒适性得到极大提高，即使妇女经血较多时，也不会发生经血倒流的情况。
另外，在吸收芯层2与表层1之间的中部位置还设有导流层5，导流层蓬松亲水，也可设置透气孔，以保证整个卫生巾的柔软和透气效果。
最后说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本实用新型进行了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本技术方案的宗旨和范围，其均应涵盖在本实用新型的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种透气型卫生巾，从上至下包括表层(1)、吸收芯层(2)和底层(3)，其特征在于，在表层(1)和吸收芯层(2)上均匀设有透气孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气型卫生巾，其特征在于，所述底层(3)上均匀设有透气孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的透气型卫生巾，其特征在于，所述透气孔(4)的孔径为0.1nm～10mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透气型卫生巾，其特征在于，所述表层(1)、吸收芯层(2)和底层(3)上的透气孔错位设置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项权利要求所述的透气型卫生巾，其特征在于，在吸收芯层(2)与表层(1)之间的中部位置还设有导流层(5)，所述导流层均匀设有透气孔。
