Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新式菜板，包括板面，在板面表面靠近边缘处开设一圈积水槽，在板面侧面安装排水管，且排水管与积水槽相通；在板面顶边和左右两侧分别活动连接挡板。使用时，食物表面的水会残留在板面上，水量较大而涌入积水槽后，会顺着排水管排出，可在排水管出口端连接收集装置，从而保持板面和灶台的干爽；切菜时，使用者可根据情况抬起不同挡板，利用挡板进行遮挡，避免食物飞溅，保持环境卫生。本实用新型具有结构合理、方便实用、工艺简单、操作便利等优点。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种厨具，尤其是一种新式菜板。
背景技术  众所周知，菜板是人们生活中最重要的切菜工具。但是，曾有和现有的菜板结构过于单一，全部采用直板式结构，此种结构虽然便于切割，可却无法保持菜板和灶台的卫生。例如；在切菜时，食物表面的水很容易顺着菜板流至灶台，影响灶台卫生。为了解决上述问题，我们提供了一种新式菜板。
发明内容本实用新型的目的是提供一种新式菜板，用于解决普通菜板卫生效果差的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型新式菜板，包括板面，在板面表面靠近边缘处开设一圈积水槽，在板面侧面安装排水管，且排水管与积水槽相通；在板面顶边和左右两侧分别活动连接挡板。
采用上述结构后，使用时，食物表面的水会残留在板面上，水量较大而涌入积水槽后，会顺着排水管排出，可在排水管出口端连接收集装置，从而保持板面和灶台的干爽；切菜时，使用者可根据情况抬起不同挡板，利用挡板进行遮挡，避免食物飞溅，保持环境卫生。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构合理、方便实用、工艺简单、操作便利，可保持板面干爽，并能避免食物飞溅影响卫生。

具体实施方式  如图1所示，本实用新型新式菜板，包括板面1，在板面1表面靠近边缘处开设一圈积水槽2，在板面1侧面安装排水管3，且排水管3与积水槽2相通；在板面1顶边和左右两侧分别活动连接挡板4。
