本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电源的箱体。
背景材料
现有太阳能电源的箱体只有外盖，蓄电池或备件仓上都无上盖，使用中蓄电池或备件仓都裸露在外，尘土很容易进入其内，它既弄脏了箱体及其部件，又会使蓄电池及其部件带来故障。此外现有电源箱是上盖无插板式穿线孔，电线从上盖与箱体间穿出，这样则不易于箱体密封。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述太阳能电源箱体存在的问题，提供一种加内盖的太阳能电源箱，使用中蓄电池仓及备件仓都被内盖罩住，电源箱体上设置穿线孔，就可有效预防尘土进入箱体内。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该新型太阳能电源箱由外盖和箱体两部分构成，箱体内设有备件仓和蓄电池仓，其特征是在箱体上部还设有内盖，内盖和仪表控制板嵌入箱体内置于支撑条上，内盖和仪表控制板一同构成蓄电池仓和备件仓的上盖。为增强箱体的密封性能，外盖上还设有插板式穿线孔。

参照图1，该新型太阳能电源箱由外盖(2)和箱体(1)两部分构成，箱体(1)内设有备件仓(5)和蓄电池仓(6)，其特征是在箱体(1)上部还设有内盖(7)，内盖(7)和仪表控制板(8)嵌入箱体(1)内置于支撑条(9)上，内盖(7)和仪表控制板(8)一同构成蓄电池仓(6)和备件仓(5)的上盖。
外盖(2)与箱体(1)用活页(4)相连，箱体(1)是装蓄电池仓(6)及备用部件和其它元件的器件，备件仓(5)和蓄电池仓(6)用隔板(12)隔开。内盖(7)是一薄板，使用中将外盖(2)打开就从仪表控制板(8)上操作，内盖(7)可掀开以便于取出备件仓(5)中备件以及其它部件，使用完后将外盖(2)扣上，再扣上锁扣(10)，提上手把(11)就可带走。为了使此电源箱外接线更加方便和美观，密封效果更好，在外盖(2)上设有插板式穿线孔(3)，其插板为匣式插板，它可有效阻止尘土进入。
采用该新型太阳能电源箱装配的太阳能电源，使用中蓄电池仓及备件均被内盖和仪表控制板(8)罩住，密封效果及安全性更好，能有效防止尘土进入箱内，延长蓄电池使用寿命。

1.一种新型太阳能电源箱，由外盖(2)和箱体(1)构成，箱体(1)内设有备件仓(5)和蓄电池仓(6)，其特征是在箱体(1)上部还设有内盖(7)，内盖(7)和仪表控制板(8)置于支撑条(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型太阳能电源箱，其特征是外盖(2)上设有插板式穿线孔(3)。
