本实用新型涉及一种冰箱导轨酒架的零件，尤其是一种冰箱导轨酒架用内轨。
背景技术
现在市场上销售的冰箱内部的酒架都不采用导轨部件，酒架直接搁在冰箱内壁的凸沿上，酒架离上层抽屉必须留有足够的空间才容易取出酒架中的酒。而且，只能拿住酒瓶的最外端，这样容易滑落，而且这样的结构即浪费冰箱空间又容易产生意外。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、安装与制作均很方便的冰箱导轨酒架用内轨。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，所述冰箱导轨酒架用内轨，包括侧板的上边缘向内伸出的上边板，侧板的下边缘向内伸出的下边板，侧板、上边板与下边板构成的槽状板体，上边板的上表面具有向下凹槽形成上滚道，下边板的下表面具有向上凹槽形成下滚道，上滚道、下滚道的轴线与侧板长度方向一致，上边板与下边板同一端部设有对方伸出的翻边，在侧板上开设有止位孔，在侧板的外侧壁设有定位凸点。

如图所示：该冰箱导轨酒架用内轨，包括侧板41的上边缘向内伸出的上边板42，侧板41的下边缘向内伸出的下边板43，侧板41、上边板42与下边板43构成的槽状板体，上边板42的上表面具有向下凹槽形成上滚道44，下边板43的下表面具有向上凹槽形成下滚道45，上滚道44、下滚道45的轴线与侧板41长度方向一致，上边板42与下边板43同一端部设有对方伸出的翻边46，在侧板41上开设有止位孔47，在侧板41的外侧壁设有定位凸点48。
侧板41、上边板42与下边板43构成的内轨与外轨和钢珠构成滑轨本体；止位孔47与外上的弹片配合，防止内轨向外拉出，当需要取出内轨时也可以通过这个孔将弹片向下压再取出外轨；定位凸点48与托板上的定位孔配合，方便焊接时定位；44、配合面，与托板焊接时的配合面；上、下翻边46形成的内轨缩口与外轨止位卡配合，滑轨闭合时扣紧止位卡，在一定的拉力范围内防止滑轨滑出；侧板41的外侧比为止位面，它与止位卡的止位面配合确定滑轨闭合位置。
