本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该手背输液固定器由托板、弹性带构成，板面设有透气孔的长方形托板前段呈弧形状，弧形状板面上设有指套；托板后段两侧分别连接着上面设有粘接丝的弹性带。
使用时，手掌自然放在托板前端的弧形面上，手指插入弧形托板前端的指套内，再用弹性带将手臂固定在托板上即可。
