背景技术:
在实验室做绝缘油微水测试过程中,需要从取样容器中用蓝芯注射器抽取1ml试油进行测试,取样容器为陈放取样样品的试剂瓶,在抽取样品时需要将试剂瓶倾斜一定的角度,一手用于固定试剂瓶,一手用于抽取微量的样品试剂,这样的操作往往造成取样容器漏撒油、抽进空气、手拿不稳、打碎容器、蓝芯玻璃管掉入取样容器中等现象。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供的一种插板式取样支撑装置。
本实用新型通过下述方案实现:
一种插板式取样支撑装置,它是一个敞口盒,盒的侧边是活动插板,插板的上部开有弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽开口向上,敞口盒的底部有凹凸不平的底板;
所述的凹凸不平的底板是表面有圆形凹凸的泡沫板。
本实用新型的特点是:做实验时,既有效固定了各种规格试剂瓶的目的,方便了工作人员的实验操作,又解决了实验室试剂瓶倾倒一定角度取试剂时不易操作问题。

如图1所示,一种插板式取样支撑装置,它的主体为一个敞口盒[2],敞口盒[2]的侧边是活动的插板[1],插板[1]的顶端开有弧形凹槽[3],弧形凹槽[3]开口向上,试剂瓶倾斜一角度后,瓶颈放到弧形凹槽[3]上,便可固定瓶颈;在敞口盒[2]的底部,铺一表面有圆形凹凸的泡沫板[4],阻塞试剂瓶瓶底的滑动,阻止试剂瓶滑落;插板[1]可以根据所放置试剂瓶的大小制成凹槽大小不等的形式,以便更换。
