背景技术
现有技术的冰箱一般都包括冷藏室、冷冻室,冷冻的启动是由冷藏室内的温控器执行的,只要冷藏室的温度达到一定的范围,温控器就会启动压缩机工作,冷冻室和冷藏室同时制冷,当冷藏室的温度达到一定的温度,温控器就会关闭压缩机,这样如果要实现冰箱的大冷冻能力,就必须提高冷藏室的温度,所以一般的冰箱中都采用了电加热丝的技术方案,而加热在冰箱里是非常不安全的,所以在冰箱里又要相应地采取很多安全措施,这使得冰箱的结构越来越复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上缺陷,提供了一种不需要对冷藏室加热就可以实现大冷冻能力的机械控制双系统大冷冻能力深冷冰箱。
本实用新型的机械控制双系统大冷冻能力深冷冰箱的技术方案是这样的:其包括压缩机、温控器,温控器控制压缩机的开关,温控器包括冷冻温控器和冷藏温控器,冷藏温控器和压缩机之间设置电磁阀,冷藏温控器控制电磁阀的开关。
本实用新型的机械控制双系统大冷冻能力深冷冰箱,在进行冰箱冷冻能力的过程中,对冷冻蒸发器和冷藏蒸发器利用冷冻温控器和冷藏温控器分别控制,实现了冰箱的无加热深冷冻。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的机械控制双系统大冷冻能力深冷冰箱其包括压缩机M、温控器,温控器控制压缩机M的开关,温控器包括冷冻温控器和冷藏温控器K1,冷藏温控器K1和压缩机M之间设置电磁阀K5,冷藏温控器K1控制电磁阀K5的开关,冰箱正常使用时,通过电磁阀K5的作用(关闭电磁阀),使冰箱沿着压缩机-冷凝器-毛细管-蒸发器-压缩机的回路正常运行。
其控制原理是冷藏,冷冻蒸发器上均有温控器控制,电磁阀K5通断电由冷藏温控器K1控制,冷藏蒸发器K1通电时压缩机开,同时电磁阀K5冷藏这路开,冰箱冷藏冷冻均制冷,如果冷藏要求停机断电,电磁阀K5冷藏这路关闭,冷冻这路开,这时候如果冷冻温控器K2要求开机,冷冻制冷,如果不要求开机,则压缩机停机,冰箱不制冷。
