本实用新型涉及一种红外线节能猛火炉,特别指的是一种预混喷射红外线节能猛火炉。
背景技术
燃气灶具作为厨房的三大件之一,已经进入全面的更新时期。伴随着消费者心理的日趋成熟,人们在购买燃气灶具时越来越注重产品的核心功能和环保性能。普通燃气灶具(大气式)是燃气通过输送管直接输送到分烧器,燃气释放到空气中直接燃烧,从而造成能量没有得到有效的释放,燃烧的时候火焰与空气形成短暂的热对流传热给锅底,而火焰与锅底接触的时间又是非常之短,释放的能量并没有得到被加热物体吸收就流失到空气中。
普通大气式灶具灶头燃烧时有明显火焰,一般来讲火焰是有内焰、外焰之分的,绝大部分普通大气式灶具在使用中火焰调节不当,且锅与火焰接触位置不一,以上种种因素使燃气燃烧不充分,很大一部分的燃气未被烧尽就白白浪费。所以大气式燃气灶具热效率通常只有50~55%,即有将近一半的燃气被白白浪费了。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种红外线节能猛火炉,它利用红外线燃烧技术,使燃烧充分,热量损失低,节约能源。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种红外线节能猛火炉,包括炉头、导气管和支撑板,炉头设有布满小孔的远红外纳米陶瓷燃烧板,炉头连接导气管,支撑板设于炉头周边,其特征在于:支撑板设有控制供气的簧片。
本实用新型有益效果在于,红外线节能灶头为布满小孔的远红外纳米陶瓷燃烧板,使燃气燃烧充分,热能以红外线方式向锅底辐射,可减少空气流动的热量损失。支撑板设有控制供气的簧片,锅压在炉上簧片被压下去供气量大,锅离开炉时簧片弹起,供气量小,节约能源。经检验该产品较传统的产品节能35%以上
