背景技术
聚丙烯管道广泛应用于非压力管道系列,如供水、燃气、排污及通信电缆的保护套等领域,由于普通的聚丙烯材料弹性模量一般只有800MPa左右,在应用于非压力管道系统当管道深埋时,由于其上的土层的重量增加,其刚性就显得不足;当管道所处的施工环境恶劣时,经常会发生管道表面刮伤的现象,导致管道发生应力开裂、破损。

本实用新型的有益效果为:采用增强聚丙烯复合材料,可以显著地提高聚丙烯管道的刚性,环刚度为同规格的普通聚丙烯管道的两倍以上。
