本实用新型涉及一种结构简单、隔音效果佳的隔音地砖,属于属于室内地板制造领域。
背景技术
现有的地板隔音效果都很差,一般楼下的住户都会饱受楼上住户走路、跳跃等行为发出的噪音,影响生活休息质量,而且对于楼上的住户来说,也因为担心会被人投诉而无法在家里完全放松自己。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种结构简单、隔音效果佳、且具有防火作用的隔音地板。
设计方案:为了实现上述发明目的。在砖面下设置塑料支撑框,并在框内填置阻燃泡沫塑料的设计,这是本实用新型的技术特征。这样做的目的在于:一是阻燃泡沫塑料的吸音效果极佳,可以有效地起到隔音的作用;二是阻燃泡沫塑料只有在与明火接触的情况下表面才燃烧,而一旦开始燃烧就立即分解产生大量惰性不燃气体减缓燃烧的速度,同时在燃烧体的表面迅速形成致密的结焦层进而有效阻滞燃烧向深层发展,明火离开后即自动熄灭。在燃烧过程中,三聚氰胺泡沫塑料自动结焦不产生流滴,产生的烟雾量也比一般泡沫塑料少很多,可以有效地起到防火的作用。
