本实用新型公开了一种节能环保型沼气罐,包括有罐体,罐体的一端为进料口,另一端为出料口,罐体的进料口外接有进料仓,罐体内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,所述罐体的出料口外接通有净化室,所述的净化室由隔墙分割成相邻的一级沉淀室、二级沉淀室、三级沉淀室,隔墙的顶端与净化室的顶板之间的间隙为溢流口,二级沉淀室的底部有填充有活性炭吸附层,二级沉淀室与三级沉淀室之间的隔墙左、右侧分别有设置隔板,隔板悬挂于净化室顶板下方,所述的隔板之间设置有高分子吸附层,三级沉淀室顶部的外侧壁处开有出水口。本实用新型带有污水处理装置,且重量轻、强度高、抗老化、耐腐蚀、无渗漏;物料发酵充分,污水经过了净化处理。

技术领域
本实用新型属于沼气设备,具体是一种节能环保型沼气罐。
背景技术
沼气罐的罐体可根据要求加工成多种形状和各种规格(4-30立方米)容积容量,适用于各种场合。每天产气量在2-10立方米以上,无需养护管理,不用储气装置,更不需要其它加温设备。发酵技术工艺可以大量使用秸秆(麦秸、玉米秸、稻草、杂草、树叶、生活垃圾等易腐熟物质)和粪便。目前的沼气罐的进料端无预发酵处理,沼气罐内无搅拌装置,物料发酵不充分,产气速度慢,沼气罐的出料口没有经过除污装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能环保沼气罐,带有污水处理装置,且重量轻、强度高、抗老化、耐腐蚀、无渗漏;物料发酵充分,污水经过了净化处理。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
节能环保型沼气罐,包括有罐体,罐体的一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,罐体的进料口外接有进料仓,罐体内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,所述罐体的出料口外接通有净化室,所述的净化室由隔墙划分成相邻的一级沉淀室、二级沉淀室、三级沉淀室,隔墙的顶端与净化室的顶板之间的间隙为溢流口,二级沉淀室的底部有填充有活性碳吸附层,二级沉淀室与三级沉淀室之间隔墙的两侧分别有设置隔板,隔板悬置于净化室顶板下方,所述的隔板之间填充有高分子吸附层,三级沉淀室上部的外侧壁处开有出水口。
所述的节能环保型沼气罐,其特征在于:所述的进料仓与罐体、净化室与罐体之间分别通过斜导管接通。
所述的节能环保型沼气罐,其特征在于:所述的罐体内设置有吸附装置,吸附装置包括有多孔的吸附体以及与其连接的负压管,负压管的另一端伸入到一级沉淀室内。
本实用新型的进料口出设置有进料仓,进料仓可对物料经行预发酵处理,此外沼气罐内设置有搅拌装置,对发酵的物料搅拌均匀处理,发酵速度快,所以本实用新型的发酵速度比传统沼气罐要快,在投料25℃时24-48小时产气,72-96小时后达峰值。而传统沼气管一般需5-7天才能正常产气。
本实用新型的出料口外接通有净化室,通过净化室对污水进行净化处理,对环境无污染,达到了环保的效果。

参见附图,节能环保型沼气罐,包括有罐体1,罐体1的材质为玻璃钢材料,罐体1的一端为进料口,另一端为出料口,罐体1的进料口通过斜导管3接通有进料仓2,罐体1内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片4,罐体1的出料口通过斜导管5接通有净化室6,净化室6由隔墙分割成相邻的一级沉淀室7、二级沉淀室8、三级沉淀室9,隔墙的顶端与净化室的顶板之间的间隙为溢流口10,二级沉淀室8的底部有填充有活性碳吸附层11,二级沉淀室8与三级沉淀室9之间的隔墙左、右侧分别有设置隔板12,隔板12悬挂于净化室顶板下方,隔板12之间设置有高分子吸附层13,三级沉淀室顶部9的外侧壁处开有出水口14。罐体1内设置有吸附装置15,吸附装置15包括有多孔的吸附体以及与其连接的负压管16,负压管的另一端伸入到一级沉淀室7内,在负压的作用下,通过负压管可将罐体内难以分解的杂质吸入净化室的一级沉淀室内。

1.节能环保型沼气罐,包括有罐体,罐体的一端设有进料口,另一端设有出料口,罐体的进料口外接有进料仓,罐体内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,其特征在于:所述罐体的出料口外接通有净化室,所述的净化室由隔墙划分成相邻的一级沉淀室、二级沉淀室、三级沉淀室,隔墙的顶端与净化室的顶板之间的间隙为溢流口,二级沉淀室的底部有填充有活性碳吸附层,二级沉淀室与三级沉淀室之间隔墙的两侧分别有设置隔板,隔板悬置于净化室顶板下方,所述的隔板之间填充有高分子吸附层,三级沉淀室上部的外侧壁处开有出水口。
