技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高压电力设备绝缘检测仪,尤其涉及一种高压电动机的绝缘检测仪。
背景技术
高压电气设备在电网中运行时,如果其内部存在因制造不良、老化以及外力破坏造成的绝缘缺陷,会发生影响设备和电网安全运行的绝缘事故。因此,在设备投运后,传统的做法是定期停电进行预防性试验和检修,以便及时检测出设备内部的绝缘缺陷,防止发生绝缘事故。这种维修体制存在的主要问题有:
1、设备必须停电试验,从而不能有效地提高设备的运行效率;
2、需要配备高性能的试验设备、大量的专业技术人员、工作量大、工作时间长以及繁琐的停电工作手续等,造成了资源的浪费和不合理分配;
3、对设备进行定期维修带有一定的盲目性,以致出现了过多不必要的停电检修,甚至因拆卸、组装等过多而出现过早损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种既可以在高压电动机运行中测试,也可以在停机备用时测试的高压电动机的绝缘检测仪。
为了实现上述的技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:包括电动机M和3个高压电阻R,其特点是所述电动机M进线ABC三相上分别连接着1个所述高压电阻R,所述3个高压电阻另一端连接在一起后与II检测仪L端连接;所述电动机M进线ABC三相上套装1个电流互感器T。
上所述II检测仪的C1端和C2端与所述电流互感器T连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,通过在电动机进线端安装II检测仪,可以测试电动机在运行时或停机备用时的绝缘值,从而减少了检测的时间,提高了工作效率,避免了因检修需要停电和拆卸设备的麻烦,也提高了生产质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作出具体说明:
如图1所示,所述高压电动机M的ABC三相是高压电动机的电源进线,所述三个高压电阻R一端分别与所述高压电动机M的ABC三相上连接,另一端连接在一起后与所述II检测仪输入端L端连接,所述电流互感器T套装在所述电动机M上。所述II检测仪的C1端和C2端与所述电流互感器T连接。当电动机没接入系统时,电动机本身不带电,处于冷备用状态,这时II检测仪自动检测到所述电动机M处于冷备用状态,就向II检测仪L端施加高压直流电压,这个电压通过三个高压电阻R注入到电动机的三相绕组中,然后通过测量接地端的直流电流从而得到电动机的绝缘电阻,并把测试得的绝缘阻值显示在面板的液晶屏上。当电动机M接入系统后,电动机M本身就带电了,处于工作状态,这时II检测仪自动检测到电动机M处于工作状态,就停止所述II检测仪L端的高压直流输出;转而检测所述II检测仪C1和C2两个输入端的漏流信号,从而测得电动机的漏电流,并把测得的漏电流值显示在面板的液晶屏上。

1.一种高压电动机的绝缘检测仪,包括电动机M和3个高压电阻R,其特征在于:所述电动机M进线ABC三相上分别连接着1个所述高压电阻R,所述3个高压电阻另一端连接在一起后与II检测仪L端连接;所述电动机M进线ABC三相上套装1个电流互感器T。
2.根据权利要求1所述高压电动机的绝缘检测仪,其特征在于:所述II检测仪的C1端和C2端与所述电流互感器T连接。
