本实用新型涉及家用取暖电器领域中的电热壁炉中的火焰模拟部件。
背景技术
现有一种电热壁炉用的模拟火焰的结构，由其上、下两端固定在壳体背板上的竖置式网状飘带式和平设在仿真火膛及风机下方且一端固定、另一端呈自由状的平置式飘带共同构成。这种飘带式的火焰模拟结构的效果还是不够理想，主要表现为动感不足、层次感差、色彩呆板。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足，为电壁炉提供一种动感性强、色彩变化丰富的翻块式火焰模拟装置。
实现本实用新型目的的电壁炉用的翻块式火焰模拟装置的构成包括安装在壁炉壳体背板上的电机、与电机的转轴相接的转动轴和设在转动轴上的模拟火焰的部件，其特征是所述的模拟火焰的部件由若干一端固接在转动轴上、另一端呈自由状的可随转动轴的转动而翻转的翻块式反光体所构成。
工作时，在电机的转动作用下，带动转动轴转动，固接在转动轴上的翻块式反光体则随之转动，每一块反光体在转过其旋转轨迹最高点时在其自重的作用下自由向下翻转垂下，不同大小的反光体的向下翻转垂下的速度和状态都是不一样的，在壁炉光源的照射作用下，反光体的“转动-翻转-垂下”这一运动过程中所反折出的光则在透光性造景板上折射出动感很强的色彩变化丰富的火焰模拟效果。视需要，反光体的设置形式可以是各种各样的。比如，像风机的扇叶那样设置，或连续地像螺旋线那样布置在转动轴上。转动轴也可以呈多排任意排列。
为进一步加强色彩的变化，可在所述的翻块式反光体上贴接异色反光布条。比如，在黄色的反光体的中部粘贴较为小一点的红色的反光布条。当然，该红色反光布条也可以是除黄色外的其它任一颜色，粘贴的位置也可以是任意的。两面都贴也是可以的。贴接的形式也可以是缝接。另外，采用花色反光体也是可以的。
本实用新型与前述现有火焰模拟结构相比的优点是色彩变化丰富，层次、动感性强。可替代现有各种电壁炉中的火焰模拟部件使用。

具体实施方式
如图1～2所示，本翻块式火焰模拟装置的构成包括安装在壁炉壳体背板1上的电机2、与电机2的转轴相接的转动轴3和设在转动轴3上的一端固接在转动轴3上、另一端呈自由状的可随转动轴3的转动而翻转的翻块式反光体4所构成。反光体4可由反光布块担任。为增加动感和色彩效果，在反光体4上粘贴有其颜色和反光体4的颜色不相同的反光布条5。

1.一种电壁炉用的翻块式火焰模拟装置，包括安装在壁炉壳体背板上的电机、与电机的转轴相接的转动轴和设在转动轴上的模拟火焰的部件，其特征是所述的模拟火焰的部件由若干一端固接在转动轴上、另一端呈自由状的可随转动轴的转动而翻转的翻块式反光体所构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的翻块式火焰模拟装置，其特征是在所述的翻块式反光体上贴接有异色反光布条。
