为了达到上述目的，本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由调光头灯的灯体及与其相连的灯头所组成，灯体上设有连接座，灯头上设有反光杯和灯泡，所述的灯体上设有电位器电路板，电路板连接灯泡，在电位器上设有电位器调节杆，调节杆上设有帽套。
本实用新型的另一实施例是在灯体内设用干电池。
