背景技术
隔震系统的隔震效果取决于该系统的隔震元件,隔震元件的优劣取决于其自震频率和适当的阻尼比。自震频率低,阻尼比适当,则隔震效果好。
现有的平板橡胶隔震垫是实心体,自震频率高,只能用于1600转/分以上的震动设备。而用于常规的600-1500转/分的震动设备,隔震效率太低,以至无法使用,使用范围受到限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有橡胶隔震垫的不足,提供一种降低自震频率,提高阻尼性能,通用性强的平板橡胶隔震垫。
本实用新型所提供的平板橡胶隔震垫外表是一个平整的橡胶块,内部是空心体。根据不同的受力形式,块体内部选择双排等腰梯形或等腰、等边三角形孔的形式布置,经模压或挤压制成;其梯形底角(2)为30°-70°,三角形底角(4)为20°-70°。该隔震垫受力情况将常规的受压缩形式转化为剪切形式;在荷载下,剪应变保持线性变化,从而使自震频率降低,阻尼性能良好。当隔震垫叠加在一起使用时,可获得更高的隔震效率。

(1)橡胶块体,(2)梯形底角,(3)等腰梯形孔,(4)三角形底角,(5)三角形孔。
橡胶块体1为表面平整的橡胶块,内部采用双排等腰梯形孔(3)或等腰等边三角形孔(5)的形式布置,经模压或挤压制成。梯形底角(2)为30°,三角形底角(4)为35°。

2.如权利要求1所述的新型平板橡胶隔震垫,其特征是梯形底角(2)为30°-70°,三角形底角(4)为20°-70°。
