技术领域  本实用新型涉及利用再生的橡胶废弃物复合的纺织铺垫材料的环保技术。
背景技术  橡胶制品废弃物,特别是大量的废弃轮胎已严重污染现代环境,长期来以用作燃料焚烧的原始的方法处置,形成对空气和土地的二次污染。近年来对废弃橡胶粉碎粘合再生技术有很大的进展,诸如用粉碎的颗粒橡胶粘接铺设公路路面、体育场跑道、室内地面,粘接模压成各种几何形体替代混凝土用品等;但与纺织结合的产品较之为少。现有技术的纺织铺垫物是与橡胶、橡塑泡绵等原生材料加工的基材复合的,要消耗大量的橡胶、石油化工资源及能源。
技术内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种纺织物复合的铺垫材料,它能有效地利用废弃橡胶,并提高纺织铺垫物的使用性能,又节省自然资源和能源消耗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:把废弃橡胶粉碎成颗粒粘接成片材或卷材再与纺织物复合成铺垫材料。其技术特征是铺垫物的结构,其底层基材是由废弃橡胶粉碎颗粒粘接成片材或卷材,再与面层纺织物粘接组成复合材料;橡胶颗粒在基材底面形成凹凸的粗糙底面,其内层颗粒间的孔隙使基材成类似海绵体而富有弹性。其优点比实体的表面光滑原生橡胶的压延基材,因其底层基材全部由颗粒橡胶粘合组成,底面凹凸粗糙的橡胶颗粒可加强与接触面的摩擦效果,对铺垫物起更有效的稳定作用;内层因有颗粒间隙使基材类似海绵体富有压缩弹性而又节省用料,而成为一种性能优良的复合纺织铺垫物。
本实用新型的突出的有益效果是把废弃的橡胶的再生利用与纺织物结合,纺织铺垫物使用量大面广,可大量地利用再生废弃橡胶,有效地改善环境保护,并节省大量的橡胶、塑料石油化工原材料资源及加工所需的能源。

具体实施方式  图1是本实用新型典型实施例,一种废弃橡胶粉碎颗粒复合非织造布地垫的结构图。废弃橡胶粉碎颗粒粘接组成的底层基材(1),非织造布纺织面层(2),粘接剂(3),不规则几何形体的粉碎橡胶颗粒(4)在地垫底面形成许多不规则凹凸的粗糙底面(5),使铺垫物底面与其接触面增加摩擦而不易移位,基材内许多橡胶颗粒空隙,形成类似橡胶海绵体而富有弹性。这种结构的纺织铺垫物除了具有纺织物自身的特点和功能又增加了强度、並富有弹性,橡胶基材的重量和粗糙的底面有效地提高了轻质的纯纺织铺垫物使用的稳定性。
