如图1、2所示，一种高压锅锅盖1，包括设置于高压锅锅盖1上与高压锅锅盖1连为一体的锅盖手柄2，设置于锅盖手柄2上的按钮6，设置于高压锅锅盖1上的排气管5，套设于排气管5、可取下的限压阀7，锅盖手柄2上的按钮6由按钮盖4和按钮主体3组成。
所述按钮盖4下方外围设有螺牙，按钮主体3上部分内侧设有螺纹，其中心位置为空心，按钮盖4的下方中心位置注塑有一根疏通钢针。
使用中，手按按钮6，按钮6会上下移动，其具有放气与打开锅盖1的功能，疏通钢针直接注塑在按钮盖4的下方，固定在中心位置，组合时，钢针放入按钮主体3的空心位置，按钮盖4旋紧后，即可与锅盖手柄2形成一整体，外面看不到钢针及螺纹，高压锅使用前，需要清理排气管里面的杂物时，旋出按钮盖4，钢针对准排气管孔插入，可直接清理杂物，有效防止排气管5堵塞，做到安全使用，清理后，将按钮盖4旋回即与锅盖手柄2形成一整体.本高压锅锅盖内钢针可反复使用，结构简单，实用性强，钢针不会丢失，有效确保使用安全.
