现有运动鞋很难使运动员踝关节得到有效保护，以至使其踝关节扭伤时有发生，存在着安全隐患。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种预防踝关节扭伤的运动鞋。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是在运动鞋两侧设有具一定弹性的护板，它与底板、鞋底构成一体后，使踝关节在左、右过份扭动时将受到限制性保护。

五、具体实施方式
如图一、二中下护板1分别与底板5鞋体3结合，底板5又与鞋底4结合，上护板2与下护板1部分重叠铰接，组合构成防扭伤运动鞋。

1.防扭伤运动鞋，其特征是上护板〔2〕与下护板〔1〕部分重叠铰接，下护板〔1〕分别与底板〔5〕鞋体〔3〕结合，底板〔5〕再与鞋底〔4〕结合构成运动鞋。
