Abstract

平流式出膜孵化槽是用于虹鳟鱼等鲑鳟鱼类发眼卵稚鱼出膜孵化的设备。由具备注、排水设备的长形槽和平铺槽底的塑料网笼(或卵石)构成。将发眼卵散放在网笼(或卵石)之间，由于网笼(或卵石)的间隔，发眼卵不会集中成堆。注入水呈平流式流经网笼间隙中的发眼卵，保证发眼卵内的稚鱼在溶解氧充足的流水环境中正常孵化出膜。排水方式是底排水。

本实用新型涉及一种平流式出膜孵化槽，属于水产养殖机械领域。
背景技术
近30年来，养鳟业使用的稚鱼出膜孵化槽是丹麦式平列槽。该槽由长形水槽内设4～6个孵化盘组合而成，水流以反冲式从孵化盘底的筛孔向上冲入盘内，使盘内的发眼卵在流水环境中孵出稚鱼。该设备是玻璃钢材质，加工工艺复杂、要求精度高、造价高，而且不适于水量小的场家应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术结构的不足，本实用新型提供一种平流式出膜孵化槽。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种平流式出膜孵化槽，由具备双层套管式底排水设施的长形水槽和平铺槽底的长6cm、直径3cm的管状硬塑网笼(或卵石)构成。
一种平流式出膜孵化槽，为圆形或矩形的容器，有底排水管罩住泄水管，泄水管的高度低于容器的高度，泄水管的另一端伸出容器的底部；泄水管另一端伸出容器处与容器的底部密封连接，有平铺在槽底的长6cm、直径3cm的管状塑料网笼或粒径2～3cm的卵石，注水水笼头不与槽体相连接。
用平流式出膜孵化槽实施稚鱼出膜孵化工艺。该槽是由具备注排水系统的长形水槽和平铺槽底的长6cm、直径3cm的管状硬塑网笼(或卵石)构成。网笼或(卵石)的作用是将待孵化的发眼卵散放在网笼(或卵石)之间，避免卵在水流的冲击下聚集成堆或冲向排水口，导致缺氧死亡。槽内水流呈平流式，由于网笼(或卵石)的间隔，发眼卵在这样的环境下可以从不间断的流水中获得充足的氧，保证卵内稚鱼正常孵化出膜。
本实用新型的有益效果：孵化用水注入平流式出膜孵化槽，以平流的方式流经网笼(或卵石)，使发眼卵内的稚鱼在流水环境中孵化出膜。槽后端设有内、外双层套管式底排水设备。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图1所示，平流式出膜孵化槽，有注水水笼头的孵化用水3流入平流式网笼出膜孵化槽1，有底排水管2罩住泄水管5，将发眼卵散放在平流式出膜孵化槽1底部的网笼4(或卵石)间，注入的孵化用水3流经网笼4和其间的发眼卵(图中黑色圆斑示意发眼卵)后，从底排水管2底部的筛孔和上溢水排水管5的上口排出.由于网笼(或卵石)的间隔作用，发眼卵不会集堆，可以均匀地接受水流供给的溶解氧，保证卵内稚鱼正常孵化出膜.

1.一种平流式出膜孵化槽，其特征是：为圆形或矩形的容器，有底排水管罩住泄水管，泄水管的高度低于容器的高度，泄水管的另一端伸出容器的底部；泄水管另一端伸出容器处与容器的底部密封连接，有平铺在槽底的长6cm、直径3cm的管状塑料网笼或粒径2～3cm的卵石，注水水笼头不与槽体相连接。
