现有技术中,现有的钢丝绳产品被比较广泛地用于制作摩托车、汽车制动线,起重、起吊牵引绳以及纺织金属钢丝网等。目前,钢丝绳产品很多,在现代工业中应用非常广泛。对钢丝绳的要求也越来越高。要求钢丝绳具有破断拉力高;自重轻,韧性好,结构伸长较小;较好的抗冲击性能和抗挤毁性能;使用寿命长等。现有技术中,由于钢丝绳的结构上的差异,导致钢丝绳性能上存在较大的差异。

本实用新型提供一种具有破断拉力高、自重轻、结构伸长率小、抗冲击性能好、尤其韧性更好的九股钢丝绳。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:九股钢丝绳,由钢丝编捻而成,钢丝的截面为圆形,钢丝之间为点接触,所述的钢丝绳含有外层股和中心股,所述的中心股、外层股由七根钢丝编捻而成,所述的中心股、外层股的截面为正六边形截面,所述的中心股钢丝的直径大于外层股钢丝的直径。
所述的九股钢丝绳的扭距为6.5-7。
所述的九股钢丝绳的截面正八面形。
