[0002] 目前市场上的电热水壶根据其壶身的材质主要分为:塑料水壶、不锈钢水壶和少 量陶瓷或紫砂水壶;根据发热元件结构划分主要有发热管式、发热盘式。发热管式电热水壶 因为发热元件直接长期浸泡在水里,容易氧化破损影响使用寿命,同时造成水质二次污染, 已被市场逐渐淘汰。发热盘式电热水壶将发热丝铸入铝板再焊接在不锈钢底盘上,避免了 电热元件直接与水接触,使用方便,但存在热效率低能耗大的缺陷,也不便于推广使用。 [0003] 在当前世界各国倡导节能环保的主导战略下,发展低能耗高效率工业产品是必行 的趋势。中国是世界公认的文明古国,陶瓷文化和茶文化的历史源远流长,陶瓷和茶叶已融 入人们的生活细节,喝茶有益健康的观念已众所周知,陶瓷器皿泡茶已是多数人的一种生 活习惯。在欧美发达国家,印刷电阻膜厚层加热技术因为热效率高,元件重量轻体积小,已 逐渐替代传统的电热加热方式。基于这样一种大的环境趋势和人们的使用需求,希望有一 种结合现代电热水壶和传统泡茶方式,采用新的加热技术的陶瓷电热泡茶器,满足人们日 益提高的生活需要。因此,开发一种采用电阻膜厚层方式加热的,且壶身使用陶瓷或紫砂材 料制成的电热泡茶壶,尤为必要。

[0004] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种陶瓷电热泡茶器,该陶瓷电 热泡茶器喝水及泡茶口感好,加热快捷方便且省电,节能环保,美观实用、操作简便,使用安 全可靠。

[0006] 本实用新型所述的陶瓷电热泡茶器,包括本体和置于本体的供电底座,所述本体 包括陶瓷或紫砂材料制成的壶身,以及壶盖、壶嘴及手柄,所述壶身底部设置有厚膜发热 盘,该厚膜发热盘上印制有厚膜电热组件。

厚膜发热盘和陶瓷壶身底壁的通孔,在发热盘的背面将活动的不锈钢翻边螺孔支架套入该
特制非标螺钉,用内啮齿垫圈和六角锁紧螺母固定厚膜发热盘和陶瓷壶身。

具体实施方式
[0021] 如图1、2所示,本实用新型所述的一种陶瓷电热泡茶器,包括本体和置于本体的供电底座,所述本体包括陶瓷或紫砂材料制成的壶身2,以及壶盖1、壶嘴及手柄,壶身2底部设置有厚膜发热盘9,该厚膜发热盘上印制有厚膜电热组件8,厚膜发热盘9上固定连接有蒸汽感应温控器IO,蒸汽感应温控器10通过碰焊或通过螺纹连接的方式固定连接在厚膜发热盘9上,且蒸汽感应温控器10与供电底座上的无线线插连接。此外,壶身2安装有开关挚4,开关挚4与蒸汽感应温控器10连接,且开关挚4内部设有氖灯或LED灯以及用于固定氖灯或LED灯的灯片12。所述供电底座包括供电底座上盖13、供电底座下盖14和无线线插11组成,本体放置于供电底座上,该供电底座可做360度旋转。接通电源后按下开关挚4,灯片12指示灯亮,表明开始工作。
[0022] 为了有较好的防水和密封效果,如图2、图4所示,厚膜发热盘9上表面与陶瓷壶身2底壁之间设有防水硅胶密封圈18。此外,厚膜发热盘9周边和陶瓷壶身2底壁周边开有均布通孔,用特制非标螺钉20套入T形硅胶密封圈19后,插入厚膜发热盘9和陶瓷壶身2底壁的通孔,在厚膜发热盘9的背面将活动的不锈钢翻边螺孔支架17套入该特制非标螺钉20,用内啮齿垫圈16和六角锁紧螺母15固定厚膜发热盘9和陶瓷壶身2,利用螺母螺丝的拉力达到防止漏水的目的。另外,本体底盖3通过螺钉固定在不锈钢翻边螺孔支架17上,使本体和本体底盖3的配合紧密,外形平整美观。
[0023] 在本实用新型中,为了将茶叶过滤掉以方便地饮用者喝茶,如图2所示,壶身2内部设置有固定在壶盖上的滤茶器,该滤茶器包括滤茶漏斗7以及将滤茶漏斗7连接在壶盖1上的不锈钢弹片支架6,滤茶漏斗7和不锈钢弹片支架6是通过螺钉螺母组件5固定连接于一起的,将不锈钢弹片支架6向内收拢放入壶盖1,上端悬挂在壶盖1内壁台阶上,下端与滤茶漏斗7通过螺钉螺母组件5固定连接,当然,也可以通过碰焊的焊接方式固定连接。[0024] 如图3所示,所述壶盖1底部设有两个对称的舌型扣101,所述壶身2的开口部位设置有一个宽度大于舌型扣的缺口槽201,将壶盖1的任一个舌型扣101向上倾斜,对准放入壶身2的缺口槽201后任意旋转一个角度,当握住手柄将整个泡茶器倾斜倒置时,壶盖1不会跌落,使用安全可靠。
