本实用新型公开了一种高效片冰机蒸发桶,其为一柱形蒸发桶,设有蒸发桶制冷剂流道内壁、蒸发桶制冷剂流道、及蒸发桶制冷剂流道外壁,在蒸发桶制冷剂流道侧设有沟槽或肋片。本实用新型采用在有蒸发桶制冷剂流道的内壁设有沟槽或肋片,增加了传热面积的粗糙度,无形当中增大了传热面积,使得制冷剂更容易浸润整个传热表面,同时还增加了汽化核心,降低了沸腾过热度,降低了传热温差,提高了传热效率。

本实用新型涉及一种制冰设备,用于片冰制冰机,具体是指高效片冰机蒸发桶。
背景技术
目前现有技术中的普通的片冰机蒸发桶制冷剂侧和水侧均采用平板方式,表面较光滑,传热性能较差,水流过的速度较快,且其与传热壁表面接触的时间短暂,因此散热性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高制冷剂侧的传热面积,强化蒸发桶传热性能的高效片冰机蒸发桶。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种高效片冰机蒸发桶,其为一柱形蒸发桶,设有蒸发桶制冷剂流道内壁、蒸发桶制冷剂流道、及蒸发桶制冷剂流道外壁,在蒸发桶制冷剂流道侧设有沟槽或肋片。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型采用在蒸发桶制冷剂流道的内壁侧设有沟槽或肋片,增加了传热面积的粗糙度,无形当中增大了传热面积,使得制冷剂更容易浸润整个传热表面,同时还增加了汽化核心,降低了沸腾过热度,降低了传热温差,提高了传热效率。

具体实施方式
一种高效片冰机蒸发桶,采用在蒸发桶制冷剂流道侧制作沟槽或肋片,如图1-4所示,其为一柱形蒸发桶1,设有蒸发桶制冷剂流道3、及蒸发桶制冷剂流道外壁4,在所述蒸发桶1设有蒸发桶制冷剂流道3,在蒸发桶制冷剂流道3的内壁11内设有肋片2(或沟槽),肋片2使(或沟槽)使得蒸发桶制冷剂流道3的表面变得粗糙,因此增大了其传热面积,当液体流过其表面时,散热快。
本实用新型的工作原理为:使用时,制冷剂流过蒸发桶1内的制冷剂流道3内壁11的肋片2(或沟槽)时,由于其粗糙的制冷剂蒸发换热壁面,使得制冷剂侧的传热面积得到提高,这样使得制冷剂更容易浸润整个传热表面,同时还增加了汽化核心、降低了沸腾过热度、降低了传热温差、提高了传热效率。
