一、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种连接装置，具体是一种注汽管线快速连接装置。
二、背景技术：
目前，在稠油油田开发过程中，注蒸汽热力采油是最有效的手段，然而在高温高压注汽管线对接过程中，卡箍的安装费时费力。平时使用的注汽管线每根长9米，约0.5吨，连接两根注汽支线，需用撬杠、绳索、大锤将其抬起，砸入密封钢圈，再用卡箍固定。一次作业需7-8人，劳动强度非常大。并且以往安装时，为将密封钢圈紧紧固定入管线，需用锤子敲击密封钢圈，造成密封钢圈变形，下次无法使用，且可能造成漏气，影响注汽效果。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种设计新颖，结构简单，使用方便的注汽管线快速连接装置。
其技术方案是：本实用新型包括卡片、固定螺栓、调整螺栓，卡片为半圆形结构，卡片两端设有固定螺栓孔和调整螺栓孔。
本实用新型的效果是：结构简单，操作方便，不但省时省力，避免了材料浪费，还减少了汽量流失，确保了注汽效果。

五、具体实施方式：
参照附图，本实用新型包括卡片1、固定螺栓2、调整螺栓3，卡片1为半圆形结构，卡片1两端设有固定螺栓孔4和调整螺栓孔5。
使用注汽管线连接装置对接管线时，将左右两个卡片1分别安在两根注汽直线上，用固定螺栓2固定。用扳手扭转调节螺栓3，使两卡片1慢慢合拢。两根管线对准后，卸下注汽支线连接装置，安装卡箍固定。
