采煤工作面割煤时，煤粉飞扬，一般采用防尘水幕防尘。目前普遍采用的防尘水幕为两道防尘水幕，两道防尘水幕一般是用几根钢管硬连接而组成，钢管上装设有喷头。使用时有些局限性，由于工作面两道的巷道不很规则，有时宽有时窄，这样导致用钢管硬连接的防尘水幕不能垂直巷帮吊挂，影响两道的防尘效果，不能彻底的防尘。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种采煤工作面割煤用两道防尘水幕，使得喷头可以随时垂直对准巷道，让喷雾能顾及整个巷道断面，优化喷雾效果。
本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的：一种采煤工作面割煤用两道防尘水幕，包括相连接的若干根钢管，钢管上装设有喷头，其特征是相邻两根钢管间用软胶管连接。

如附图所示，采煤工作面割煤用两道防尘水幕有相连接的若干根钢管2，钢管上装设有喷头3，本实施例共有两根钢管，两根钢管2间用软胶管2连接组成采煤工作面割煤用两道防尘水幕。防尘水幕通过管路与水源1连接。
使用效果：自7503工作面使用软连接防尘水幕之后，防尘效果得到了改善，工人安设防尘水幕的时候更加省时省力，节省了劳动时间。软连接不容易损坏防尘水管，节约了材料，降低了成本。
