Abstract
本实用新型公开一种铝型材的改良结构，包括有型材本体，其特征在于：在型材本体对应装嵌铝窗时钻孔上螺钉的位置处一体成型有一对垫高筋，该垫高筋顶住螺钉阶梯面。采用上述技术方案后，通过在螺钉两侧设置垫高筋，垫高筋顶住螺钉的阶梯平面部分处，从而有效防止螺钉帽体部分被旋进铝型材体内，能长期保持螺钉的紧固力。

本实用新型涉及一种铝型材的改良结构。
背景技术：
目前在装配铝门窗或其它铝型材装配体时，为了增大螺钉的旋紧力度，都是采用平头螺钉把不同的铝型材紧固起来，但市场上的平头螺钉在阶梯与螺钉体的接合处由于受工艺因素的影响，存在圆弧过渡区，如图1，当螺钉开始旋紧时，由于圆弧过渡区的存在以及铝型材材料的低硬度特性，导致螺钉帽体部分也被旋进铝型材体内，破坏铝型材结构，使紧固力难以长期保持。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种可防止螺钉体旋紧时嵌进铝材体内的铝型材改良结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：铝型材的改良结构，包括有型材本体，其特征在于：在型材本体对应装嵌铝窗时钻孔上螺钉的位置处一体成型有一对垫高筋，该垫高筋顶住螺钉阶梯面。
采用上述技术方案后，通过在螺钉两侧设置垫高筋，垫高筋顶住螺钉的阶梯平面部分处，从而有效防止螺钉帽体部分被旋进铝型材体内，能长期保持螺钉的紧固力。
