本实用新型涉及一种无功补偿配变测控终端,属于电力系统无功补偿技术领域。
背景技术
无功功率补偿装置在电子供电系统中所承担的作用是提高电网的功率因数,降低供电变压器及输送线路的损耗,提高供电效率,改善供电环境。现有进行无功补偿配电箱内的终端只具有计量作用,无电能质量检测功能、配变工况监测功能、无功补偿的控制功能;导致性能太过单一,组网困难,需依据人工抄读,不能做到信息实时传递,无法满足现有电力信息技术采集要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种同时具备计量、电能质量检测、配变工况监测、无功补偿控制的无功补偿配变测控终端,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案;它包括盒体,在盒体内通过总线相互连接有计量装置、电能质量检测模块、控制模块和工况监测模块。
在控制模块上连接有GPRS/CDMA实时通讯和远程控制模块。
在盒体上设有有键盘显示单元,键盘显示单元与控制模块连接。
控制模块通过485总线与电容器连接。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在盒体内通过总线相互连接计量装置、电能质量检测模块、控制模块和工况监测模块,这样就可用计量装置来计量有功,无功等;用电能质量检测模块监测电压和谐波(1-21次),控制模块可根据计量装置和电能质量检测模块传来的数据控制电容器的投切和参数设置等;工况监测模块可对变压器的温度、电压、电流进行监测,从而使得本实用新型同时具备计量、电能质量检测、配变工况监测和无功补偿控制等一系列常用电力信息的采集与控制,使工作人员能及时掌握其运行状态,以保证电网的安全、经济运行;在控制模块上连接GPRS/CDMA实时通讯和远程控制模块,这样可使本实用新型具备远程控制和远程抄表的能力,进一步符合现代化网络信息化的要求;在盒体上设有有键盘显示单元,键盘显示单元与控制模块连接,这样可通过键盘显示单元对控制模块的数据进行调整,使其适应各种环境。同时本实用新型还具有体积小,节能、控制维护方便等优越性,有很好的使用和推广价值。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1所示,盒体1为金属或塑料盒体,在盒体1内通过总线相互连接有电表计量装置2、电能质量检测模块3、控制模块4和工况监测模块5,在盒体1的上表面安装有键盘显示单元6,键盘显示单元6与控制模块4连接。将电能质量检测模块3与相位采样器连接,用485总线将控制模块与电容器连接,工况监测模块5与配变箱内的各温度、电压、电流监测装置连接,同时为方便实时通讯和远程控制,在控制模块4上连接有GPRS/CDMA实时通讯和远程控制模块。
在使用时盒体1内的电表计量装置模块可对电路中的有功和无功进行计量;电能质量检测模块3与相位采样器连接,对输送线路上的数据进行实时采集,采集的数据送入控制模块4,由控制模块4对电容器的发出投切控制;工况监测模块5对变压器的温度,电压、电流等数据进行监测。将由上述构件集成的无功补偿配变测控终端连接到三相输送电路上后就可同时具有以下功能:
1、数据采集
采集配电三相电压、电流,并计算出有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、电能量,频率测量,计量精度达到1.0级,可取代配电变压器的考核电能表。
2、状态监测
具有2-4路开关状态监测和1路计量门监测。
3、信号监测
监测停电、来电、电压越限、电流过载、电容器各相状态、保护动作类型、报警类型、设备自诊断故障类型、外设状态等信号。发现上述信息异常,终端则主动上报主站,主站收到后,将有关信息发给相关人员,使异常信息得到尽快解决。
4、电压监测
每一分钟监测三相电压,根据设置的电压参数,统计越限时间,计算出电压合格率。
5、统计与记录
统计与记录供电可靠率、电压合格率、电能量等。
统计与记录电容器累计投运时间、动作次数、有功、无功功率等。
统计与记录有功功率、无功功率的最大/最小值及其时间、电流、电压的最大/最小值及其时间等。
记录每15分钟的配变监测数据,数据保存时间不小于1个月。
统计与记录三个月的三相电压、电流、零序电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数的整点数据等。
统计与记录的数据永久保存,不因停电而消失或变异。
6、保护
过压、欠压、失压、过流、短路、过谐波、防雷、电流互感器次级开路保护,雨水、接地防护。
7、无功补偿
额定容量:按用户工况要求。
投切分级:按用户工况要求。
接线方式:YO(星型)、△(三角型)或YO+△组合接线。
控制物理量:三相无功功率(即无功电流、电压和功率因数的复合型)。
补偿方式:三相共补与三相分补相结合,三相共补优先,容量相同的电容器循环投切,容量不同的电容器按适补原则投切。
控制策略:可以调档的配变,采用以模糊边界的“九区间法”为基础的控制策略。不能调档的配变,将配电电压引入无功调节判据,一定程度上改善电能的电压质量,并以最少的控制次数获取最好的控制效果,延长设备的使用寿命和减少对电网的冲击。
8、RS?85、RS?32、网络口和GPRS/CDMA远程通讯。
支持国家电网Q/GDW130-2005《电力负荷管理系统数据传输规约》、《南网二期电力负荷管理系统数据传输规约》、《浙江省电力公司用电现场服务与管理系统通信规约》,各网省局地方通信规约。
9、人机联系
装置上液晶屏与键盘方式,终端可显示或设置各种参数,现场使用方便。

3.根据权利要求1所述的无功补偿配变测控终端,其特征在于:在盒体(1)上设有键盘显示单元(6),键盘显示单元(6)与控制模块(4)连接。
