背景技术
过去水表表壳多用铸铁材料,既笨重造价又高,后来改进用塑料的,但仍沿用过去的铸铁外壳模型,存在两大问题:一是过去的表壳呈大肚壶形,成型脱模非常困难。二是进、出水口不在一个水平轴线上,这样校表时因挤压力不平衡,容易造成表壳变形。
发明内容
本实用新型目的就是为了克服上述问题,提供一种成型脱模方便、校表挤压不会变形的塑料水表表壳。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现:一种塑料水表表壳,包括一个下端封闭的圆柱形壳体,壳体底部两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口处在同一水平轴线上,壳体的底部里面设有杯状表芯座,表芯座与壳体内壁间留有空隙,进水口与表芯座连通,出水口与壳体连通,所述表芯座是用来安放表芯的。
