为了克服现有超5类数字通信电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种耐寒型超5类数字通信实芯聚烯烃绝缘水平对绞电缆,可以增强电缆的抗拉伸抗弯曲性能和耐寒性能。
本实用新型提供的一种耐寒型超5类数字通信实芯聚烯烃绝缘水平对绞电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线对绞组,在缆芯与外护套之间设有内护套。
为了进一步增强本实用新型的耐寒性能,在制作外护套的聚烯烃护套料中添加增塑剂、稳定剂、耐寒剂等助剂。

参照图1,在导体1外包覆绝缘层2制成导线3,将两根导线3绞合成导线对绞组5,然后将数个导线对绞组5与撕裂绳4一起绞合成缆芯6,再在缆芯6外包覆聚氯乙烯内护套7和添加有增塑剂、稳定剂、耐寒剂的聚烯烃外护套8,即制成本实用新型。
