技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，尤其是指一种用于煤矿综采工作面液压支架的带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器。
背景技术
在液压支架液压系统所用的工作介质是乳化油，由于煤矿井下条件较恶劣，不可避免存在杂质，如果不能将这些杂质及时清除出去，在系统正常运行中，这些杂质会污染其它液压元件，从而造成液压系统零件操作不灵、失控，甚至损坏。而以前常用的普通式过滤器堵塞后，必须停机更换或清洗，而且无法确认什么时候堵塞，严重影响了煤矿生产及安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种用于煤矿综采工作面液压支架的带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的解决方案是：一种带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器，它包括阀体，阀体上开有进液口、出液口、左排液口、右排液口，阀体内安装左滤芯组件、右滤芯组件，阀体的左侧阀腔内装有左阀座、左钢球、左接头，阀体的右侧阀腔内装有右阀座、右钢球、右接头，在左滤芯组件或右滤芯组件的上腔和下腔分别设有上中空密封螺钉和下中空密封螺钉，上中空密封螺钉和下中空密封螺钉接报警装置。
其工作原理是：当左右钢球扳至同左侧位置时，从进液口进液，一路从左侧通过左滤芯组件过滤，从出液口流出；另一路从右侧通过右滤芯组件过滤，从出液口流出，实现正常供液，二路供液保证了大流量工作。上中空密封螺钉和下中空密封螺钉接报警装置，当左滤芯组件或左滤芯组件堵塞时，其上腔和下腔的压力不一样，当超过设定值时，报警装置报警。此时，将右钢球扳至同右侧位置，从进液口进液，通过左滤芯组件，经过右滤芯组件，将右滤芯组件中的杂质从右排液口排出；同理，可将左滤芯组件中的杂质从左排液口排出，实现反冲洗功能。

参见图1，一种带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器，它包括阀体1，阀体1上开有进液口P1、出液口P2、左排液口Z1、右排液口Y1，阀体1内安装左滤芯组件12、右滤芯组件11，阀体1的左侧阀腔内装有左阀座6、左钢球5、左接头7，阀体1的右侧阀腔内装有右阀座3、右钢球4、右接头2，在左滤芯组件12或右滤芯组件11的上腔和下腔分别设有上中空密封螺钉8和下中空密封螺钉9，上中空密封螺钉8和下中空密封螺钉9接报警装置。
参见图1，所述的左滤芯组件12和右滤芯组件11均用U形销10固定在阀体1上，方便整体拆装。
参见图1，所述的左滤芯组件12和右滤芯组件11内部均设有加固弹簧13，提高左滤芯组件12和右滤芯组件11使用寿命。

1、一种带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器，它包括阀体(1)，阀体(1)上开有进液口(P1)、出液口(P2)、左排液口(Z1)、右排液口(Y1)，阀体(1)内安装左滤芯组件(12)、右滤芯组件(11)，阀体(1)的左侧阀腔内装有左阀座(6)、左钢球(5)、左接头(7)，阀体(1)的右侧阀腔内装有右阀座(3)、右钢球(4)、右接头(2)，其特征在于：在左滤芯组件(12)或右滤芯组件(11)的上腔和下腔分别设有上中空密封螺钉(8)和下中空密封螺钉(9)，上中空密封螺钉(8)和下中空密封螺钉(9)接报警装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器，其特征在于：所述的左滤芯组件(12)和右滤芯组件(11)均用U形销(10)固定在阀体(1)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种带报警功能的反冲洗过滤器，其特征在于：所述的左滤芯组件(12)和右滤芯组件(11)内部均设有加固弹簧(13)。
