现有技术洗碗机的左、右门铰链分别铰装在转轴上，因左、右门铰链和转轴均由金属材料做出，转动时门铰链和转轴相互摩擦容易产生噪音，且门铰链及转轴容易生锈，导致开、关门不顺畅。

本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种开关门时噪音小，更加顺畅的洗碗机的门铰链装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种洗碗机的门铰链装置，包括门铰链及转轴，门铰链铰装在转轴上，其特征在于所述门铰链及转轴之间装设有塑料垫圈。
上述塑料垫圈包括上塑料垫圈及下塑料垫圈，上塑料垫圈安装在门铰链所设的安装槽内，转轴安装在上塑料垫圈内，下塑料垫圈与上塑料垫圈对应扣合在转轴上。
本实用新型由于采用在门铰链及转轴之间装设有塑料垫圈的结构，因此，门铰链及转轴之间相互摩损小，而且不会产生噪音，开关门更加顺畅；另外，由于将塑料垫圈为分体式，因此，更换垫圈更加方便快捷。

本实用新型洗碗机的门铰链装置如图1所示，包括门铰链1及转轴2，门铰链1铰装在转轴2上，所述门铰链1及转轴2之间装设有塑料垫圈3。
本实施例中，上述塑料垫圈3包括上塑料垫圈31及下塑料垫圈32，上塑料垫圈31安装在门铰链1所设的安装槽4内，转轴安装在2上塑料垫圈31内，下塑料垫圈32与上塑料垫圈31对应扣合在转轴2上。

1、一种洗碗机的门铰链装置，包括门铰链(1)及转轴(2)，门铰链(1)铰装在转轴(2)上，其特征在于所述门铰链(1)及转轴(2)之间装设有塑料垫圈(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机的门铰链装置，其特征在于上述塑料垫圈(3)包括上塑料垫圈(31)及下塑料垫圈(32)，上塑料垫圈(31)安装在门铰链(1)所设的安装槽(4)内，转轴安装在(2)上塑料垫圈(31)内，下塑料垫圈(32)与上塑料垫圈(31)对应扣合在转轴(2)上。
