本实用新型涉及一种煤矿用输水胶管,尤其是涉及一种煤矿用高压输水硬质胶管。
背景技术
在利用高压水射流进行煤层瓦斯抽放前的煤层缝隙切割施工中,需要通过胶管向煤层钻孔内输入高压水,现有技术中使用的柔性输水胶管硬度不够,所以限制了高压水输入的最大深度,据统计,最大深度为50-60m;另一方面,这种柔性输水胶管都是一整体式结构,这样,不论将其向煤层钻孔内推进或将其从煤层钻孔向外收回时,操作十分不便,且胶管体积庞大、不易搬运。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种煤矿用高压输水硬质胶管,其结构简单,使用操作简便,体积小,易于搬运,且能实现煤层钻孔孔深大时的高压输水要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种煤矿用高压输水硬质胶管,其特征在于:由多个硬质胶管节段依次连接构成,所述硬质胶管节段均由从内到外紧密设置的不锈钢管、内胶层、钢丝编织层以及外胶层构成。
相邻两个硬质胶管节段之间通过快速接头相连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本实用新型由多个硬质胶管节段依次连接构成,在运输、搬运的时候,体积小,便于运输和保存,在使用时通过快速接头相连接,连接可靠,使用操作简便;另外,由于各硬质胶管节段内设置有不锈钢管,所以本实用新型与现有柔性输水软管相比更容易被推进到煤层钻孔内,从而满足了煤层钻孔孔深大时的高压输水要求。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2,本实用新型由多个硬质胶管节段1依次连接构成,硬质胶管节段1为多层复合结构,且由从内到外紧密设置的不锈钢管2、内胶层3、钢丝编织层4以及外胶层5构成。本实施方式中,相邻两个硬质胶管节段1之间通过快速接头6相连接。
本实用新型在使用时,根据所需输入高压水的煤层钻孔的深度,将多个硬质胶管节段1通过快速接头6依次连接即可,各硬质胶管节段1之间连接密封可靠,安装使用方便。又由于各硬质胶管节段1由不锈钢管2、内胶层3、钢丝编织层4以及外胶层5构成,其中,用合成橡胶制成的外胶层5使硬质胶管节段1具有良好的耐油、耐热和耐老化性能,内胶层3同样由合成橡胶制成且用来缓冲高压水通过时对不锈钢管2的冲击,钢丝编织层4隔离外胶层5和内胶层3的同时,具有一定的骨架支承作用,不锈钢管2是高压水输送通道,又使硬质胶管节段1更容易被推进到煤层钻孔内,而不会打折或弯曲,实验证明,使用本实用新型能满足煤层钻孔孔深为80-150m时的高压水输送。

1.一种煤矿用高压输水硬质胶管,其特征在于:由多个硬质胶管节段(1)依次连接构成,所述硬质胶管节段(1)均由从内到外紧密设置的不锈钢管(2)、内胶层(3)和钢丝编织层(4)以及外胶层(5)构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的煤矿用高压输水硬质胶管,其特征在于:相邻两个硬质胶管节段(1)之间通过快速接头(6)相连接。
