本实用新型属于阀门附件技术领域,具体涉及一种阀门保温罩。
背景技术
目前,市场上所售的阀门保温套是由玻璃钢纤维做成的,裸露在外面,不耐腐蚀、易老化,起不到保温的作用,保温效果不甚理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是设计一种耐腐蚀、耐老化,保温效果好的塑钢阀门保温罩。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是该保温罩具有罩体,所述罩体由内到外依次是由内衬层、保温层、保温材料保护网层和外保护层构成的;其中所述的内衬层、保温层和保温材料保护网层是由保温材料制成的,所述的外保护层是由塑钢制成的。
由于本实用新型采取了上述方案,外保护层使用塑钢即PVC,这样制作的阀门保温罩经过检测,其性能指标分别为:导热系数0.036WM.K-0.046WM.K(常温下);耐高低温:耐高温1000℃,耐低温-80℃;耐阻燃性能:不燃;厚度10-100mm,密度110-220kg/m3,吸湿率≤5%;与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有绝热保温效果好、方便拆卸、易于安方便维修保养,可重复使用、使用寿命长,强度高,既柔软又有韧性,既可以根据保温部件量身定做,又抗老化的优点。

参见图1,图2,本实用新型具有罩体1,所述罩体1由内到外依次是由内衬层2、保温层3、保温材料保护网层4和外保护层5构成的;其中所述的内衬层2、保温层3和保温材料保护网层4是由保温材料制成的,保温材料可根据阀门使用环境的需要,采用市场上所售的高、低温保温材料即可,所述的外保护层5是由塑钢制成的。
本实用新型广泛适用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、建筑、造纸、制药等领域的热力设备和各种管道、暖通及制冷装置的阀门、弯头、法兰、三通等高温下的异形件。
