本实用新型涉及围岩支护锚杆和地锚螺栓。
背景技术
在矿山巷道、公路铁路遂道、国防工程等围岩支护中普通采用锚杆支护或锚喷支护。现有的锚杆由杆体、托盘和螺母构成,由于锚杆与螺母设计的配合间隙较大,螺纹螺距较大,受施工震动、地压冲击等影响,很容易造成螺母松退,支护不牢固。在有些用地锚螺栓固定物体的场合也易发生螺母松退现象。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决螺母松退问题,提供了一种锚杆螺母止退结构。
一种锚杆螺母止退结构,其特征是,螺母和托盘的相对面上加工有相配合的棘齿。
本实用新型的积极效果是,螺母在锚杆上拧紧后通过棘齿的作用使螺母与托盘咬合在一起,托盘与岩面的接触面积大,受到的转动力矩大,所以使螺母不再会产生松退,从而解决了退帽问题。

具体实施方式

如图1所示,本实用新型结构主要是在螺母1和托盘2的相对面上分别加工有相配合的棘齿3。
使用时,如图2,将锚杆3插入岩孔中,从孔外套上托盘2,拧上螺母1,螺母1拧紧后通过棘齿3的作用使螺母1与托盘2咬合在一起。
