Abstract

一种锁的把手左右互换并集成锁头装置，包括锁面(1)、把手(2)、导体(3)、锁头(4)；锁面(1)上有圆孔(11)，导体(3)上的圆轴(33)卡装在圆孔(11)上；锁头(4)整个固定装在导体(3)的内部凹槽里；把手(2)可以左右互换套装在导体(3)上，且把手(2)整个覆盖住锁头(4)，而无需使用锁头盖。当把手(2)从导体(3)上取下时，即可插入机械钥匙开启锁头(4)。采用了上述的结构，不但可以实现把手左右互换，而且还可以利用把手保护锁头。

背景技术
目前，锁的把手和锁头装置多种多样，但能实现把手左右互换并和锁头结合一起的装置不多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种利用简易的机械机构巧妙实现把手左右互换并和锁头结合的装置，结构简单、美观大方、生产成本降低。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种锁的把手左右互换并集成锁头装置，包括锁面①、把手②、导体③、锁头④；锁面①上有圆孔11，导体③上的圆轴33卡装在圆孔11上；锁头④整个固定装在导体③的内部凹槽里；把手②可以左右互换套装在导体③上，且把手②整个覆盖住锁头④，而无需使用锁头盖。
所述的一种锁的把手左右互换并集成锁头装置，其特征当把手②从导体③上取下时，即可插入机械钥匙开启锁头④。
由于采用了上述结构，从而实现把手左右互换，并且利用把手保护锁头，从而减少锁的部件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：
一种锁的把手左右互换并集成锁头装置，包括锁面①、把手②、导体③、锁头④；锁面①上有圆孔11，导体③上的圆轴33卡装在圆孔11上；锁头④整个固定装在导体③的内部凹槽里；把手②可以左右互换套装在导体③上，且把手②整个覆盖住锁头④，而无需使用锁头盖。

按图2所示：导体③上的圆轴33完全插入锁面①上的圆孔11中，且可绕圆孔11的中心轴旋转；右开门组装时，把手②上有孔21，导体③上有孔31，21、31两孔同心并装，固定在同一螺钉上。
按图5所示：左开门组装时，把手②上有孔21，导体③上有孔32，21、32两孔同心并装，固定在同一螺钉上。
通过把手②上的孔21和导体③上的孔31、32，实现右开门与左开门的互换。即：取下把手②，反方向与导体组装。
按图4所示：锁头④完全装在导体③的内部凹槽里，同时把手②左右互换套装在导体③上，罩住锁头上的机械钥匙插入面。

1、一种锁的把手左右互换并集成锁头装置，其特征是：包括锁面(1)、把手(2)、导体(3)、锁头(4)；锁面(1)上有圆孔(11)，导体(3)上的圆轴(33)卡装在圆孔(11)上；锁头(4)整个固定装在导体(3)的内部凹槽里；把手(2)可以左右互换套装在导体(3)上，且把手(2)整个覆盖住锁头(4)，而无需使用锁头盖。
