本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由伸缩套管和撮箕组成的伸缩撮箕，其特征是：在现有撮箕的手把上设置一伸缩套管。这样在撮垃圾时，直接拉出套管即可，不用弯腰来撮垃圾，十分方便。
