背景技术
自从爱迪生发明白炽灯以来,照明光源先后经历了荧光灯时代、气体放电灯时代、LED灯时代。由于LED灯的稳定、节能、低电压供电、响应时间短等特点尤为突出,深受人们的喜爱。随着LED灯制造成本的不断降低,其在各行各业的应用越来越广。LED灯用于道路照明也就顺理成章了。目前的LED路灯普遍存在灯体体积大、散热难、维修难的特点。
发明内容
针对上述提到的现有技术中普遍存在灯体体积大、散热难、维修难的问题,本实用新型提供了一种新的LED路灯结构,在其灯壳后添加了一块散热板,并将整流器、光控/时控电路盒、外接电源盒外置于散热板上。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:在灯壳与散热板接结合处设置了散热装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案进一步还包括:

本实用新型实施例如下:
将整流器3、光控/时控电路盒4、外接电源盒5用螺栓螺母固定在散热板2上,本实施例中整流器3、光控/时控电路盒4、外接电源盒5中的线路均已提前连接好。用螺栓螺母将灯架6固定在散热板2上,本实施例中灯架6开有与路灯杆连接用的安装孔。将灯壳1的T型突起顺着散热板2的T型槽将两者连接在一起。将LED点阵基板安装组件用螺丝固定在灯壳1上。将LED点阵基板用螺丝固定在基板安装组件上。本实施例中基板安装组件须镀反光材料。将照明板7用螺丝固定于灯壳1上。
本实用新型在使用时,将灯架6用螺栓螺母固定于路灯杆上,将外电源线接入外接电源盒即可。整流器3、光控/时控电路盒4、外接电源盒5的线路需维修时,只须单独打开各自的电路盒便可操作,极大方便了维修过程。本实用新型可广泛取代现有技术中的各种LED路灯。

1、一种LED路灯,包括灯架和灯体组成,其特征是:灯壳和散热板相互结合使用的是T型结构,散热板与灯壳结合处设有散热装置。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED路灯,其特征是:所述的灯壳的通风孔上设有散热片。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征是:所述的散热板上表面设有散热片。
