背景技术
颈椎病又称颈椎骨关节病，属变形性脊椎病之一，是由颈椎间盘变性、椎体间松动、椎体边缘产生骨赘(俗称骨刺)或椎间盘破裂、突出等，引起神经根、椎动脉、颈交感神经和颈部软组织损伤而产生各种症状的一组骨关节病。本病老年人多见，有报道，45岁以上发病率为60％，而65岁以上则高达85％。患者常出现眩晕、站立不稳、伴有视物模糊、后枕区疼痛、颈部僵硬或活动受限，同时出现恶心、呕吐、上腹部疼痛，有的患者出现上肢无力、手指麻木、肢体皮肤感觉减退等症状。该病具有发病率高，治疗时间长，治疗后极易复发等特点。目前治疗颈椎病的主要方法是口服药物、推拿、理疗，都有一定的效果，且有一定的副作用，特别是老年人各脏器功能减退或障碍，即不能服药又不能推拿，理疗效果又不理想，停止治疗后复发率极高。

本实用新型提供一种医疗保健用具，具体的说是专门给颈椎病患者用的一种颈椎牵引枕。目的是患者通过将颈椎牵引枕放于颈部后侧托扶支撑颈部，使头自然后倾，利用头部向后、向下的重力，特别在睡眠状态下，颈部肌群松弛，形成微妙的颈椎牵引力，通过长期持续的颈椎牵引可使颈椎间隙拉宽，减轻颈椎病变对椎动脉和神经的压迫，消除颈椎病的症状，达到治疗目地。由于患者是在睡眠休息时进行颈椎牵引，可长期持续应用，大幅度降低了颈椎病的复发率。同时亦能解除白天工作、学习长时间低头、前倾带来颈部不平衡而出现的颈部僵硬、疼痛、肩背部沉重等疲劳感，起到保健作用。

使用时，旋松气阀，用充气囊向颈椎牵引枕内充气。先放松充气囊，充气囊尾部的阀门打开，空气进入充气囊，再压缩充气囊阀门关闭，气体通过气阀、气管进入颈椎牵引枕，一般充气到颈椎牵引枕的直径约8cm左右为止，患者也可根据自己的情况调整充气的多少，然后旋紧气阀不能漏气。患者仰卧床上，将颈椎牵引枕放在颈后侧，使头自然后倾，利用头部向后、向下的重力，特别在睡眠状态下，颈部肌群松弛，形成微妙的颈椎牵引力。患者通过长期持续的颈椎牵引可使颈椎间隙拉宽，减轻颈椎病变对椎动脉和神经的压迫，消除颈椎病的症状，达到治疗目地。由于患者是在睡眠休息时进行颈椎牵引，可长期持续应用，大幅度降低了颈椎病的复发率。同时亦能解除白天工作、学习长时间低头、前倾带来颈部不平衡而出现的颈部僵硬、疼痛、肩背部沉重等疲劳感，起到保健作用。患者停止应用颈椎牵引枕时，先旋松气阀，将颈椎牵引枕内的气体放完后备用。
本实用新型的有益效果是：治疗颈椎病应用方便、安全、无副作用，效果好，复发率低，还可起到保健作用，深受广大颈椎病患者的青睐。

具体实施方式
如图，本实用新型颈椎枕1为圆通状，颈椎枕1侧边设有气管2，气管2端部设有气阀3，气管2连接充气囊4，充气囊4尾部设有阀门5。
使用时，先旋松气阀3，用充气囊4向颈椎牵引枕1内充气，空气通过阀门5进入充气囊4，压缩充气囊4空气通过气阀3、气管2进入颈椎牵引枕1，一般颈椎牵引枕充气到直径约8cm左右为止，患者也可根据自己的情况调整充气的多少，充气完毕旋紧气阀2不能漏气。患者仰卧床上，将颈椎枕1放在颈后侧，使头自然后倾，利用头部向后、向下的重力，进入颈椎牵引状态。
本实用新型具有结构简单，治疗颈椎病应用方便、安全、无副作用，效果好，复发率低，还可起到保健作用等优点，具有较高的推广应用价值。
