本实用新型涉及APG工艺，尤其涉及皮管余料的回流装置。
背景技术
APG工艺是指自动压力凝胶(Automatic Pressure Generator)即使用环氧树脂材料通过热固模具注射成形的一种工艺。
在APG成型中，皮管中均充满环氧树脂混合料，在更换料罐时皮管中余料流出，即影响工厂的卫生又造成残料的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种余料回流器，旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型包括：注料架；还包括：一个压在注料架上的堵头；在堵头和注料架之间安置至少一个以上的密封圈；一个风枪在堵头中；风枪的一端与注料架相接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：促使皮管中粘稠的环氧树脂混合材料回流至储存料罐，减少环境污染，很好的节约原材料，属于环保节能装置。

由图1可见：本实用新型包括：注料架4；还包括：一个压在注料架4上的堵头2；在堵头2和注料架4之间安置至少一个以上的密封圈3；一个风枪1在堵头2中；风枪1的一端与注料架4相接。
本实用新型运行过程是：在APG工艺生产中有个向模腔注料的注料架，通过堵头压在注料架上，密封圈密封贴合面，通过风枪向注料架中吹气，从而使注料架及与之连接的皮管中余料回流至料罐。
本实用新型解决了APG工艺生产的皮管中环氧树脂粘稠的混合料，在更换料罐时从皮管中流出，即影响工厂的环境卫生又造成材料浪费的问题。
