(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种兆瓦级风力发电机组,具体涉及一种具有加强环板的兆瓦级风力发电机组轮毂。属于风力发电机组部件设计技术领域。
(二)背景技术
随着环境和能源问题的日益严峻,可再生能源的开发,尤其是风力发电技术已被越来越多的国家所重视,运用越来越广泛。轮毂是风力发电机组中连接主轴和叶片的关键部位,是风力发电机组动力叶轮的基础承载壳体,三支巨大的37.5M动力叶片和三套1054kg的重型轴承分别固定在轮毂120℃的圆面上。在风推动叶片旋转时,壳体承受巨大的侧向弯矩,三面圆体在变桨齿轮箱转动时,将产生变桨齿轮箱的输出外齿轮和变桨轴承内齿轮的不均匀啮合,严重影响传动精度,甚至卡死,最终影响零件寿命。经研究发现,薄弱点在三圆面的端面,刚度不够。若采取增加壳体厚度的方法,将增加几吨的重量,这样不仅增加了风机主轴的负荷和塔筒的承载能力,还增加了成本和缩短了使用寿命。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种壳体刚性强度好、使用寿命长的具有加强环板的兆瓦级风力发电机组轮毂。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种具有加强环板的兆瓦级风力发电机组轮毂,所述轮毂周向分布有三个轴承安装圆面,其特征在于所述轮毂腔体内壁靠近圆面位置设置加强环板。
本实用新型具有加强环板的兆瓦级风力发电机组轮毂,采用增加轮毂加强环板的技术,经理论和实际验证,效果极好。此改进,重量增加很少,而所得到的壳体刚性、强度极佳,极大地提高了产品的使用寿命。
